Do we have the October number's yet? Looking for the MF and residual on the 2018 m240i 36/12 and 36/15. Also, does anybody know of any incentives/rebates on the 240? Is there a loyalty incentive? Thanks!

Current BMW programs expire toady. New numbers later this week.

Thanks! With those residuals it seems like it makes way more sense to purchase the car than to lease it... hopefully the October #'s will be better!

I thînk BMW is trying to clear out the 2017 inventory.

Hi all. I am approaching the end of a lease on a 2015 428i and am now very interested in the m240i. I have a few questions that I'm hoping the experts here can help me out with. My current 39 month lease comes to an end March 14th, 2018. I received a notice in the mail today saying I can get out of my lease now and that the offer expires on 10/31/17. The notice states I am eligible for $2,750 BMW Market Allowance Lease Credit and $1,260 BMW Preferred Customer Bonus (totaling $4,010). The notice states "Get into a newly face-lifted 2018 430i". My questions are: 1) Are these actual incentives or are they just the typical dealer discounts? 2) Can they be used towards an m240i or are they only eligible towards a 430i? 3) If they are incentives and not just dealer discount, can they be combined with the fleet discount? Hoping to learn a little on my own before I contact the dealer. Thank you in advance!

The $2750 lease credit is on the 2017 M240i. It's an actual incentive from BMW There may be other unadvertised rebates, as well. The "preferred customer bonus" looks like a puny dealer discount. There may be a pull-ahead program, but I'm not familiar with it. Residuals aren't that great on the 2-series. 57% for 36/10.
Do you have updated numbers for November? 2018 M240i rwd and xdrive - 36 month lease at 12k or 15k miles. I see they are now offering 2000 lease credit

Could I please get the RV and MF on a 2018 230i for 10k miles and whichever lease term is best? Most times its 39mo but I’m seeing different in these posts. I live in California. Thanks!

What are your opinions on leasing loaners? My BMW dealer in Mountain View, California has some pretty good deals right now on 2018 2 series models with 3000-4000 miles, most around 8000-10000 off MSRP

They can provide an advantage, but you've got to negotiate a much better price than you would on a new unit to account for the $750-1000 hit the residual will take with the miles.
Thanks for the swift reply. I'll get some numbers tomorrow. Yes I have thought about the hit on residual; on most of the deals I've seen when I visited them last week, the discount on MSRP is more than enough to mitigate the lower residual.
Frankly, I'm surprised- I have not seen loaners mentioned at all on Edmunds' forums.

You aren't looking in the right places .. it's come up in pretty much every BMW model thread.
Can you please provide the current RV and MF for an M240i rwd, 36/10 and 36/12 in California? Also, I have never leased a car before, so if I wanted to buyout the car at the end of my lease that would be based on the residual value without any of the original discounts/incentives applied for the capitalized cost?

.00152 MF and 53%/52% residual $1000 lease credit
Yes, the residual is a percentage of MSRP, and it's fixed, no matter what price you negotiate. When you negotiate a discount or lower price, the full value of those discounts/incentives are reflected in lower lease payments.
After all, whether you negotiate a great deal, or a poor deal, the car is going to be worth the same at lease end. Good deals result in lower lease payments, though.
Okay.. MA taxes the monthly payment on a lease. What adds $3140 to the selling price to get the Out the Door price?
I think: 50,200-46,700 = "$3500 off sticker" which would be nice IF this discount was given by the dealer. But it is actually the 3k down payment + a loyalty of $500 a.k.a no discount from dealer which sounds about right since another local BMW rep told me these models are going for MSRP due to demand. To answer my own question - this deal would probably go no further than $660 a month.

Can you please provide the current RV and MF for a 2-series coupe RWD, 36/10 in Florida? I assume 36 months is the sweet spot.
Also, I am perusing recent posts, etc. Are BMW MFs relatively high these days? It seems it.
Thanks!
$1000 lease credit
Yes, the MF has been creeping up the past year. Guess BMW is looking to turn a higher profit on their leases.

MSRP: 50,235
Selling price: $43,552.60
Out the door price for leasing: $46,696.89
Residual: 26,624.55
36 months, 10k miles, $3,000 down, $664.23 a month including tax
I am looking for 550 a month, would that be asking for too much on this? A loyalty program discount is applied on that offer btw. thanks
You are asking for $4000 less than their quote... Seems unrealistic.
