Hello! Can I please have the MF and residual for a 2018 Jetta SE Sport? 36 months, 12k miles. I was given a rough quote as follows and am not sure what to negotiate:

MSRP: $24415
Selling Price: 21000
Govt Fees: 88
Processing Fees: 599
Acq. Fee: 675
Gross Capitalized Cost: 22362
Residual Value: 11963
Net Cap Cost: 22362
Amount Paid by Cust: 297.87

So they're offering me a 0 down lease for $297.87 on this. I don't really understand how the incentives work but as far as I can tell from this sheet they aren't offering me any. What should I expect?

Can you explain lease cash to me? I can't find anything about this online. Is it some sort of rebate that they're supposed to offer that they're pretending to use as the discount from sticker? If so, how do I negotiate with that? First time buying/leasing a car.

It's a VW to dealer incentive.
So, you won't see it in your deal. Just be aggressive on negotiating selling price, now that you know they are getting it.

Okay, that makes sense. I also have recently graduated from college and I see there is a $500 discount available on VW's site. Am I right in thinking I should negotiate the selling price, talk credit and everything, see if they'll waive the acquisition fee as I have excellent credit, etc. and then bring up the discount at the end so it's applied on a well-negotiated price?

Yes.. those are the numbers
24/10 residual is 57%, with all other numbers the same.

If the car comes with a big discount, the 24 month number might be competitive.
But, otherwise, 36 is probably going to be best.
