    Hi - looking to lease a 2017 Nissan Rogue AWD SV with Premium Package. MSRP is 29,715. What is the MF and residual for 36/12k in PA? Can you confirm there is a $2,000 conquest incentive if you currently have a Toyota? Also, roughly how much should I expect to pay for tags/fees/etc. at inception?

    To follow up, in case anyone finds helpful.

    Leased the above vehicle but with a few extra goodies, MSRP at $30,265. $259/month, with only first month out of pocket. They're making the last payment on previous vehicle ($208) but does include Toyota Conquest and recent grad incentives.

    Felt good about in in comparison to the numbers I was getting. This site is great!

    If you are paying for all taxes and fees upfront, why isn't the adjusted CAP cost $2300 lower than the selling price? Seems like adjusted CAP should be $29,455.16? Looks like maybe an extra $499 slipped in there for something.

    Other than a ridiculously high doc fee, don't see anything else out of bounds.

    Thank you. I went into a dealership a couple of days ago and I wanted to lease the SV with the premium package as that was the only SV they had. The MSRP was $30k and they said that if I buy it, I can have it for $25k but if I want to lease I have to pay $27k. That does not even make sense to me because I don't see any rebates or incentives for purchasing, I only see a $2300 rebate for lease. Why would they say that ?

    Because there are likely hidden incentives that allow the dealer to sell you the car for a lower price than a lease transaction.

    It's pretty common.

    Went to a local dealer to check out their last 2017 Rogue-SV with premium package.
    MSRP 29,500 and they offered me $25,900. There is $2,300 lease cash and I qualify for the $1,000 Toyota Conquest lease cash. So they are basically trying to sell me the car at $300 below MSRP. I told them I expect dealer-discount below invoice and got reply "we don't work from invoice down". What a joke.

    The best offer so far is $5,300 below MSRP but they have not provided detailed numbers and their calculated monthly payments at $283 seems way too high, even if they included some fees and taxes in it.

    Any information on other hidden discounts/incentives? How much below MSRP might be a good deal?

    We don't have Nissan incentive information, and we don't track pricing. But, with only one unit left, the playing field does tilt back towards the dealer a little bit, since it's unlikely that you can find what you want at a different dealer.

    @Michaell and @kyfdx , big fan based on what you are doing for the community.

    @purduealum91 , were you able to find any dealer who was able to quote 15% off MSRP ?

    I am trying to get dealers to give me a net cap cost and most of them are ar 33k for a 35k rouge SL AWD and unfortunately, no one wants to break out the numbers.

    Anyone else having any luck in NJ for 2017 - SL AWD, would be open to traveling from NJ to PA or NY to get a great deal if a dealer is clear about numbers.
