Therefore, it's possible the MF is as the dealer states. But, I'd check with a few other dealers to see if you get a consistent answer.

Dealer cannot modify the residual. Confirm the term and mileage the dealer is using for their quote.

Buy rate from Ford at .5% confirmed by dealer. I guess kudos for their honesty but I declined the offer with the markup.
