    Wow $9k is tremendous! Should allow you to lease for $350/month $0 down for a 36/10k. That’s the deal have been looking for in LA without success.

    All the quotes i’ve received show a money factor of 0.00016 versus the 0.00001 you provided. Are they all marking it up by the same amount or using different a financial organisation? Thanks.

    We only have numbers from one region, so it could be slightly different.

    But, with it being .00015 difference, I'll guess that's the markup to get a security deposit waiver.
    If that's the case, you'd come out ahead by making the security deposit.

    Reading this forum just now and being quoted between $590 to $630 a number of times this weekend, these monthly payments made no sense.

    VA taxes the entire selling price, even for a lease, so your quoted payments will be higher than states with lower tax burdens.

    The $3000 is likely for a purchase. So, $1000 for lease, instead of the $3000.
