    Adjusted cap cost was $40k. There was $500 down, $2k rebates and the rest "insane dealers discounts". A friend got this deal in November and is now selling because he needs an SUV that can tow a camper so he is offering to have me take over the lease

    Is this a good deal? Live in CA. 2018 NX300H $46143 selling for $44643. Lease for 36 months, 10k miles, with $5k down. Payment is $472.59. Residual is 61% at $28147.23 and MF is .001. Thanks for your help.

    We don't believe is large amounts of cash up front - have them restructure the deal with only first payment and DMV costs due at signing.

    MF also looks to be marked up from ..00050. Politely tell them you won't sign a deal where the MF is inflated.

    Whichever it is, what is the other number?
    Adjusted CAP cost?

    What do MF and RV look like this month in So. CA (Zip 92612) for 2018 NX300 F Sport and 2018 NX300h on a 27 month lease with 10,000 miles per year? Any incentives?

    Also, this will be my third Lexus lease. I think one of the salesmen I spoke to last month said that I automatically qualify for Tier 1 credit - is this correct? Is Tier 1 credit the top tier?

    Packages and options don't affect the numbers, but the FSport model adds 1% to the residual
