    Wow $9k is tremendous! Should allow you to lease for $350/month $0 down for a 36/10k. That’s the deal have been looking for in LA without success.

    We only have numbers from one region, so it could be slightly different.

    But, with it being .00015 difference, I'll guess that's the markup to get a security deposit waiver.
    If that's the case, you'd come out ahead by making the security deposit.

    Reading this forum just now and being quoted between $590 to $630 a number of times this weekend, these monthly payments made no sense.

    The $3000 is likely for a purchase. So, $1000 for lease, instead of the $3000.
