Good morning Can you tell me what you think about this lease deal please? I received 2 quotes from same dealer , These were negotiated via Email. After visiting the dealer they came down to 312.00 monthly including tax. I believe there is 360.00 lease cash. But it is not being shown. Do they have to show that? Or is it possible they just lumped it in as part of the discount. Again it is for a Grand touring with premium package and a few factory options. Only thing due at signing is first month of 312.00 Any insight or opinions on this deal are appreciated. Thanks you Enclosed is a pdf of the 1st quote . Sorry thought it would download the picture.

The lease cash is part of the discount.
That looks like a really good deal with so little out of pocket.
Could someone please help me out with a money factor and residual for an '18 Mazda CX-5 (Sport AWD and Touring AWD), for a 24-month term with 15k miles in NY. Thanks so much in advance!

The 24 month terms are not favorable - .00175 and 65% (Sport) or 67% (Touring)
36/15 numbers - .00001 and 55% (Sport) or 57% (Touring)
I am looking for a CX-5 GT AWD with the premium package in CA (SF Bay Area). Can you please suggest how much the lease amount should be? I am looking for 36/12.
None of the dealers has given me a proper estimate cos I told them that I am still looking at other cars. They asked me to get estimates from other dealers and then they would give me a better price.
Thanks,

Thank you so much!
I got the internet pricing from a dealer for this car. They mentioned MSRP as 33,910 and my "exclusive pricing" as 29,599. If I put these numbers in the lease hacker calculator, I get monthly payment around 263$ with no money down. Doesn't this look too optimistic?
I get $267/mo. with those numbers. Yes, it seems very optimistic. I'll guess that when you dive into it, you'll find that price is only good on a purchase. Or, they've marked up the money factor to .00051 (max allowed) (add $26/mo. for that)
Also, you'll have $595 acquisition fee, $450 DMV/doc fees.
But, that's a promising start. Ask them for a monthly lease payment quote, based on that price. Along with the amount due at signing.
Hi, So I got the lease price "based" on this value from a dealer. He mention 2000$ down, 273$ + tax per month. Discussed with another dealer who reduced the monthly payment to 260$ + Tax per month. Pitched this to a 3rd dealer who said he cannot improve upon this quote without going into loss.
Again, this is for 2018 CX-5 GT AWD with premium pkg, soul red color. Although the terms are 36/10k.
None of the dealers shared MF/residual/cap cost/msrp. They just shared these numbers. Zip is 94587
Does this look good? If not, what should I watch out for now? I read online that dealers put very strict conditions on car maintenance in the lease agreements. Can these points be negotiated? I do take care of my car but what if the residual value goes below what the dealer expects? There are lots of factors other than car condition which decide car residual.
Thanks!
Get the details from the dealers you want to work with - being quoted a payment only gives you an incomplete picture of the deal. Too much opportunity to hide fees and / or an inflated MF.
How does the below deal look?
MSRP - 33910 Gross Cap cost - 32541 Cap Cost Reduction - 2268.72 Adj Cap Cost - 30272.28 Residual - 20346 Depreciation - 9926.28 Rent Charge 18.36 Total of base monthly payments - 9944.64 Monthly payment - 276.24 There is a 2k down payment.

I'm working on negotiating with the dealership for a 18 FWD Grand Touring in Zip 33130.
Residual 59% and MF .00001 | Do these sound correct?
I'm not fully understanding the incentives on Mazda's website, I see there is a 2018 EXCLUSIVE $750 PARTICIPATING LENDER LEASE LOYALTY Incentive and a 2017/2018/2019 $500 MAZDA LOYALTY REWARD. What's the difference between these and do only one or both apply if I'm currently leasing a 16 CX-5?

For 36/12, that is correct. $360 customer lease cash
If you are current leasing, then the $750 is valid, but the $500 is not.

Okay... MD sales tax is 6% of the full selling price of the vehicle. I think the max dealer fee is $300 in MD If $30,701 is the full price, with all fees and taxes added, I get $380/mo, which is very close to your quote.
First time leasing, so very likely I didn't do a great deal. Would love feedback on how bad I did and what prices I should have understood and negotiated better for the next time around. Thanks.

I think the max dealer fee is $300 in MD
If $30,701 is the full price, with all fees and taxes added, I get $380/mo, which is very close to your quote.
$595 acquisition fee
$300 dealer fee
$200 DMV/govt. fees
$1700 tax
That leaves a selling price of about $27,900 (estimated)
That's $2000 off MSRP, which seems reasonable for this vehicle.
Lease taxes are high in MD, but not much you can do about that.
