    Are these numbers good?

    Looking at leasing a 2018 Yukon SLT in New Jersey for 36 months at 12k/month with no money down (and the intent to purchase after the lease). Here are the numbers from the dealer:

    MSRP: $66,670
    Sales Price: $62,499
    Doc Fees: $368
    Gov't Fees: $430
    Acq Fee: $650
    Residual: 55%
    MF: 0.00242 (x 2400 = 5.8%)
    Incentives: $4,750 manufacturer rebate

    Can someone comment on whether these are good numbers or not? The MF seems outrageous. End of month is approaching and 2019's are starting to roll out too. I am not in a rush either.

    $4750 incentive
    So the dealer is marking up the MF by 0.00031 in order to siphon out about $1,100 over the 36 month term?

    Since more 2019's will be pouring out very soon, will there be some upcoming August incentives for 2018 worth waiting for?

    Looking for best negotiation tactics for getting out of a 2016 GMC Yukon Denali lease (I got a smoking deal as it was to replace a GM buyback so employee pricing with buy rate on the lease) and into a 2018 similarly equipped. (MSRP is roughly $77k)

    Zip is 23059 and I'd be interested in 36 or 39 months with 12k and 15k miles. Any incentives out there and are you guys seeing 10% off of MSRP for CAP cost (or more)?

    Is that MF aggressively high? I am working through this deal and with about 6k in incentives and another 6k off from them, I am still $200/month more than I'd like to be because of what equates to a ~5-6% interest rate on the lease.

    Is that MF aggressively high? I am working through this deal and with about 6k in incentives and another 6k off from them, I am still $200/month more than I'd like to be because of what equates to a ~5-6% interest rate on the lease.
    High, compared to what? It is what it is, for top tier credit.

    Money is getting more expensive, and almost all brands are increasing their MF to account for that.

    First, thanks to you guys for the great work on these forums.  I've scored great deals on my last 4 cars because of it.  Now I'm interested in a 4WD Yukon SLT or Denali and would like to get MF, residual, incentives, etc. for a 36 month, 10k, 12k, and 15k lease in area code 73151.

    It is best to select the number of miles you think you'll need.

    On my previous lease, I had 15K and went over. On my current lease, my life circumstances changed and I knew I wouldn't be driving as much. I chose 12K, and after two years I still haven't cracked the 12K barrier.
