That does not look like a Chrysler Capital lease - we don't have any of the other numbers to compare.
I'd skip the $3000 down, and take the higher payment.
Like Michael said, skip that $3k down. You'll be roughly $190/mo with $1100 due at signing, which is an amazing deal on a $36k car. Sounds too amazing, really. Are you sure that wasn't $199/mo?

Yes... if you decide to purchase at lease end, you've given back the advantage of a great lease deal.
