Thank you! Can you please confirm that the MB Financial MSD program reduces 0.00007 MF per MSD with a maximum of 10 MSDs? Is there a minimum MF below which we cannot pay down using MSDs?

Also, do you happen to know if Mercedes will allow you to lock in the program like BMW does if you happen to order a car?

That's correct on MSDs

I'm not positive of the minimum. It's either .00001 or .00005.

I don't think you can lock rates on a Mercedes

I'm doing a European delivery of a 2019 C300 4MATIC Coupe on October 19, 2018. May I have the residual and money factor for a 3 year 12k/year lease area code 52328? I'm going to the dealership this week to complete the lease paperwork. Is it true the money factor is marked up so the second payment is skipped while the car is being shipped back to the ordering dealer? Thanks very much

No predictions, but residuals rarely go up as the model year progresses.

I live in NJ, however looking at all my options as well as NY since its close by. Any help is greatly appreciated.

The offer I got is the following:

MSRP (incl destination) - $53,005.05
Discount: $2,455 incl. $750 lease incentive
Lease Price: $50,549.69
Residual Value: $28,093.00 (52% of MSRP + $1,020 in Res. Maintenance)

Miles: 15k/36
Maintenance Plan: $14/mo for 36mo/30k miles of maintenance
Due at signing: $1,206.31 including 8.63% NY tax, as well as first month of $797.81 and Dmv fees $407.50

I was quoted for $590ish with about $5k down from a trade-in and 3 years/12k miles. I think getting in the $550 range will not be possible. I'm also from the same area. Why are you paying NY tax if you live in NJ? If you go to a NY dealership, you pay NJ tax on the car since that is where you would register it.

I was checking every dealership near me. I used that example because they were the only ones to give me a break out of the msrp, money factor, taxes, etc. I would went to the Mercedes in Englewood and they quoted me at $712 but they didn't give me a break out. Its just odd to me tho because the C-Class Couple in Englewood had a MSRP $52,250 and selling price of $48,250. Now I know I can't compare apples to oranges, but I went to check out the 2018 Volvo S90 MSRP 57,600 full loaded. 15k/36 with 2K down and my monthly payment is $520. It has more features than the C-Class Coupe and also costs more and yet with the C-Class Coupe im not even close to $500's. I just dont see how a car that costs $48,250 will cost about $712 a month regardless of who makes the car.

.00054 and 52% are correct for 36/15, but I show only a $500 lease incentive on the coupe ($750 for the sedan).

Why is your maintenance contract for 36/10, however?

With the MSRP and lease price given, I get $681/mo before tax.

The low residual and small discount from sticker are what's hurting you here.

The Volvo has much bigger incentives, in addition to big discounts before them, which makes for a lower lease payment.

Can you tell me what's the dealer incentive and how do I get that (is that standard)?

It's a dealer incentive - you get it by including it in the price offered to the dealer.
