Seems that I have $1000 MB winter bonus and $1000 dealer bonus. Are there any additional incentives?

Also, the sales manager asked if I wanted to order a 2020 GLE and said it was coming in March. So my question is how will the MF/RV be calculated for a model that isn't out yet?

No.

Both of those are MB incentives, but to the dealer, not the consumer.

Will result in a lower selling price.
