    What are you using for the adjusted CAP cost?
    Is it $3000 down + 1st payment, or just $3000 total?
    What is the residual percentage?

    MSRP: 54820
    Selling price: 49500
    Govt Fees: 93.75
    Proc/Doc Fees: 799
    Cap Taxes 2186.41
    Acq Fee: 695
    Gross and Net Cap cost: 53274.16

    MF is .00058 and for 10k/36mo and 0 down, lease is for 717.62/mo. residual is 56%

    I would appreciate any thoughts as to whether this is reasonable. Thanks again!

    Thanks again Michael. You are absolutely right - the MF was higher than .00058. I am being told they cannot lower the MF any lower...I am wondering if this is a sign to walk away...

    Guess the adjusted CAP cost is higher than the selling price.

    Not likely to see 1% on this.

    There aren't any promotional rates on this model, and no incentives, either.

    I don't know Volvo's standard finance rates, but it would be good to have your own financing lined up before you shop, so you can compare with what you are offered.
