Subtract 2% from residual for 39 months.
Add 1% to 10K/yr number for 7.5K/yr

The more mileage allowances asked for, the greater chance of misinterpretation of the numbers and/or mistakes.
If you are uncertain of which mileage allowance to take, you should always take the higher allowance.

The Lexus mileage allowance differences never change.
15K = standard
12K = +2%
10K = +3%
7.5K = +4%

Looking for the MF and RV on a 2019 Lexus NX300 h AWD on a 27 month lease with $2000 down in Massachusetts 02494. I think the dealer is trying to take advantage of my 87 year old mother. I don’t exactly understand the math, but everything I read and based on what I paid for my AcuraRDX with $0 down, it doesn’t add up. They are quoting her $528/month.

Negotiated Price: $42, 618 (basically invoice + $295 for tint)
Lease Cash: $2500 ($2000 incentive + $500 loyalty)
OTD Price: $40, 118 (10.72% off of MSRP)

Lease Length: 36 months
Mileage allowance: 45, 000 (15K/year)
Residual Value: $23, 814.49 (53%)
Money Factor: .00065

They gave me a 5.25% sales tax credit on the sale of the car itself, so I paid 1% instead of 6.25% state tax. The payment carries the 6.25%, though.

Total taxes and fees: $751.18 (including sales tax, title, registration, etc)

I put down $1000 to cover the TTL + first month's payment.

Any time you extend the length of a lease, it's more likely that you'll have to replace tires and do other maintenance that might not be required, if your lease ends at 36K miles. Other than that, the pricing isn't bad on a Lexus.

TX doesn't tax the payment. Just the sale price of the vehicle.
The tax you paid might have been rolled into the CAP cost, but that isn't tax on the payments.
If you can get tax credits in TX, that's a huge savings.

They just changed the quote. 36 month lease with 7500 miles a year. MSRP is around $43000 and selling price is $37900. Although they quoted a lease selling price and a an outright price. The new quote is $459/month
