That is not a deal; that is an advertisement.

And, it's probably just OK.

I'd skip the $4K down payment.

That price is before taxes and fees - in VA, you are taxed on the entire selling price, which jacks up the lease payemnt.

You can likely negotiate a better price than what the ad stipulates.

sale price was 40,500 plus additional 2,000 rebate, 1,000 loyalty and 750 college rebate so close to 9K off total. MF was lowest possible as i only could do 8 instead of max of 9 allowed by lexus
