    Hard to evaluate.

    MSRP?
    Selling price?
    Lease term?
    Breakdown of $1500 due at signing.

    Touring has the lowest residuals and the highest MSRP, which will make for a poor lease payment.

    Another Q, please. Are the incentives taxable, and what exactly are they for a 2018 CRV LX? Dealer is balking at going under the advertised price, which I understand, but want to see what the incentives to him are.

    So the dealer I spoke with today is using an even better MF (.00016), but has a higher initial cap cost on a 2018 CRV LX AWD (MSRP 26645, initial cap cost: $23819.80) advertised deal has same MSRP, but cap cost of $22172). With such a low MF, I should be able to get a much lower payment if they are willing to lower the cap rate to, say, $22k, rt? I've attached the lease worksheet in case anyone has suggestions for a counter-offer, thanks. BTW, I think he configured for 36/16, since the residual is 56%, and should be 59% for a (2018 model) 12k, rt?

    woops, I realized I asked for 2019 RV, but I'm looking at a 2018, I would assume the RV and MF are different, rt? Is the MF better because the RV is less? Sorry, I'll post in the 2018 forum. . .

    Hi Michael,

    Could you provide the residual value for the 2019 CR-V Ex for zip 10304 on a 42-month lease with 10k/yr? The dealer here says Honda's MF is high on the EX and proposed putting the lease through a credit union instead, with a term of 42 months. I'd rather go for a 36 month lease though.
