Hello Folks
Bought a 2019 RDX SH-AWD with Tech package (MSRP 43,595) for 38,445 (includes 1K in rebate for owning a honda) and OTD of 40,181 from a popular dealer in Northern VA. I used this forum, acura zine and carguru for figuring out pricing. Thank you all for your help!
I also took advantage of 2.9% APR for 60 months as I couldn't find anything beating that online with any credit union.

When I checked the Acura site today for lease deals, I did the math on MSRP vs car purchase price at end of lease (the fine print section of the deal) and came up with 61% residual on RDX SH AWD 10,000 miles. Is that correct?

I believe the MF has remained the same at .00109, but are there any updates for February to the residuals or incentives in 63011 on the SH-AWD Advance or SH-AWD A-Spec models for 36/12? Thanks in advance!

Rebate: $1000

The quoted minimum drive off is: $1,145
I am putting down the money upfront for the Acquisition fee of: $595
and monthly lease is $425

Is the dealer marking up the minimum drive off? by my calculations is comes to $1011

It can vary locally, but in CA, a general rule of thumb is 1.1% of MSRP for all government fees. That will get you close. Also, a dealer doc fee of $85
I get about $506 total for those two fees.

Seems like they are rolling something in. You don't want to roll in the DMV fees, as they are non-taxable. Better to roll in the acquisition fee, as it gets taxed, either way.

Using the prices provided, I get $367/mo plus tax for Quote 1, and $375/mo plus tax for quote 2

I would ask the dealer(s) for the adjusted cap cost they used for those quotes - may be higher than the selling price.

And, in CCA, we suggest you only pay the first payment and DMV costs at signing. Roll everything else into the lease and keep the money in your pocket.

Alternatively, ask them for a lease quote with $1000 up front, so you can compare apples to apples.

The $595 lease acquisition fee comes from Acura Finance. It is not negotiable.

1) do I qualify for the loyalty incentive?
2) can I use that incentive as well as the recent graduate bonus?
3) what information do I have (MSRP? negotiated price?) to have to be able to get one of you gurus to let me know a good estimate of a monthly. I want to do $0 down because if something happens to the car it’s all lost (read that on here)

1. I don't think having a Honda will qualify you for an Acura loyalty
2. You should be able to use the college grad incentive
3. MSRP and negotiated price, along with the lease term and miles per year, will help us calculate a payment

But, you should really shop when you are closer to lease end. Chances are, the program will change between now and then.
