You haven't provided the MSRP, but for that model, $5045 discount on a loaner is a little small.

61% residual is for a car with less than 500 miles. The residual for the loaner will be lower.

It's possible that the $3500 rebate already encompasses the $1000 lease credit

Yes the $1K lease credit was in the rebate but the site also said 1K cash back as well.. They set the MSRP at 61K with the options that were on it. I did the pricing on Edmunds with those packages and it cam to rougly 59k-60k... I thought that the discount wasnt enough as well. But anyways.. The original numbers they presented me was a bit over $700, $0 money down, 36mo/ 10k miles.. I put everything in the lease hacker calculator worst case scenario without the USAA incentives added and it came to 662/M, $0 money down 21,5000 total lease. I ended closing with $659/M $0 money down, 36 months, 10K miles.... But then.... My credit isnt that great (685 score), so that price turned to $670/M... Do you think this was a good deal? This is my FIRST Lease ever.. and I never driven a BMW..... They were shocked that I came in with numbers and really didnt give me a hassle... In saying that, I believe there was a little more wiggle room to talk them down more... So lessons learned for my first experience.

The MSRP is the MSRP. The dealer doesn't set it.

That's a good deal, relative to MSRP, and with only the first payment due at signing.

How does this deal sound? 2020 M340i with just metallic paint ($550) and 791M rims $600.
MSRP $56,145 (inlcudes $995 destination)
36/10K $2,000 due at signing, $535 month (includes 8.625% tax)
They are also taking my 440 back 2 month early ($575/month).

What are the incentives for 11803? Same as 340iX? $2,000 loyalty and $1,000 lease credit?
MF 0.00137 61% residual? Are the lease credit and loyalty taxed? I'm trying to use the LEASHACKR calculator.

Yes, those are the correct numbers
Yes, both incentives are BMW to customer, so they will be subject to sales tax.

I noticed that RV in my zip (57% 340) is lower than in some others here (as high as 61%) is that right? Is that based on the location the vehicle is bought from or where the buyer lives?

Residual is the same everywhere.

Two other quick questions -is the $1k just lease cash? I have an email about $2k loyalty, i assume that's incremental? Secondarily, is there a place to look to see how incentives trend historically? I.e. is $2k a good incentive, or is $4k a good incentive?
