    I just received the following from a dealer for a 2020 Tucson LTD AWD 36/12 in zip code 02766. It appears they aren't offering the $2,000 lease cash. When I plug these numbers into the LeaseHackr calculator I am coming up with a lower monthly payment, unless I am inputting the numbers incorrect.
    Can someone please assist in evaluating this deal?

    What is your sales tax rate?

    The $23740 isn't the adjusted CAP cost. If you add up your numbers, you'll see that the three fees listed are not part of that number. (almost $1200)

    That might be where your calculations are off.

    I can't tell you why they show $1750 and we show $2000 for incentives

    This is my first time negotiating a lease deal so I apologize for all of the questions. Here are some screenshots of the numbers input into leasehackrs calculator (sales tax levied monthly at the bottom at a rate of 6.25% which is MA sales tax rate - it was too big for the screenshot) with upfront fees, taxes, and first months payment due at signing, it's coming out to a monthly payment of $288. Did I input the numbers incorrectly?

    The dealer discount is not an incentive.

    The actual incentives are taxed, not untaxed.

    You've entered information to end up with a Drive-off of $894 in the calculator, but you've stated that your drive-off is $1305.

    I don't see any allowance for upfront tax on rebates, or DMV fees in your earlier numbers.

    The issue is incomplete info from the dealer. If you had a screenshot of the deal off their computer, everything would become clear.
