    I couldn't replicate the deal on a lease calculator.

    Adjusted CAP of approx $45,725 to get that payment.

    If the $925 lease acquisition fee and sales tax add up to about $2700, then the numbers are right on. (and, that looks pretty close). It appears you are paying first payment, doc and DMV upfront.

    Ask for the adjusted CAP cost, and an accounting for how they came up with that number.
    Keep in mind that the $2500 in rebates are subject to sales tax, as well as the sum of monthly payments.

    Decent deal, considering the lease program you have to work with.

    The only difference between the new car program and a loaner with sub-5000 mileage is a residual reduction of $0.25/mile for the loaner.
