    I am hoping to get opinions on this quote:

    Mazda CX-5 AWD Touring, 36mo/10K:

    MSRP: $29,175.00
    Rebate as Cap Reduction: $2,259.00
    Acquisition Fee: $650
    New Plates fee: $400
    MF: 0.00012
    RV: 57%
    Capitalized Cost: $27738
    $0 down
    Monthly payment (including taxes and fees, nothing paid upfront): $345

    I have cross-referenced the MF and RV on this forum and they check out for Brooklyn, NY.

    Only thing I don't understand is the Rebate as Cap Reduction part. Is that another word for discount on MSRP? If so, it should be Capitalized Cost = MSRP - Rebate as Cap Reduction, but they don't exactly equal, can anyone shed light on this?

    A couple of dealers I called haven't been able to match this, but I could do more research

    I don't see any incentives for the Touring trim in NY, so I can't speak to what the dealer means by that.

    Ask them for a copy of the lease worksheet.

    Dealer asked 299 a month I feel he is to high or my formula doesnt add correctly.

    I have a 2017 CX 5 GT w/ prem package (36/12k) lease with 3 payments left and want to get into a new lease. Do they roll those in, I understand that Mazda is offering free 3 months on new leases.

    Thanks, I also go the free month lease payment incentive. However the dealer banged me for gap insurance which I thought was normally included ($200)

    Toyota Financial has taken over writing leases for Mazda, and they are the only captive bank to not include GAP.
