    Add in a financing markup, and it looks like a bad deal.

    This is my first time trying to negotiate a good lease. I found a base level (not my favorite set up of options but oh well) 2020 Ford Expedition XLT 4x2. 36/12k.

    Here's my question. MSRP is $61k. They are offering a dealer discount of $2,200 and Ford regional rebates of $5,750 and lease cash of $1,250. Invoice is approximately $55k. I'm assuming that the dealer discount and regional rebates are intended for a sale not a lease. I can't see where it specifies. Do I assume that all those discounts, rebates, and lease cash apply to a lease and that would take the asking down to $51,800? And I start my lease calculation based on MF and Residual on that $51,800? Any help or advise you can provide would be appreciated. Thank you.
