    Neither.

    The selling price is the selling price.

    The capitalized cost is the (selling price + additions - incentives/customer down payment)

    The MSRP is always the MSRP.
    So it lowers the selling price, which in turn results in a lower capitalized cost?

    Correct... assuming the advertised price is valid on a lease (or, that they even offer it to you.. it's just an ad)

    Hi - I am in 85255 (Scottsdale) looking at the Wrangler Unlimited Sport S AT 6cyl Freedom top.
    This forum indicates 74% on that program through FCA (I assume?) with 'standard' MF.
    I am being told at the dealer US Bank has the best program with 36/10k @ 69% resid and .00215 MF.
    Can we confirm the Lender that is providing the 36/10k 74% and what is the actual buy rate MF?

    Dealer is quoting a Chrysler Capital MF of .00297. not likely that is the buy rate.

    Dealer can mark up the buy rate .00042, which would make the buy rate .00255 (maybe, lots of guessing here)
