In case it helps anyone else, I was able to get the following deal (this is for a new 2022 X5 xdrive 40i with M Sport Package in the SF Bay Area): + MSRP: 74195 + Selling Price: 71195 (3,000 below MSRP) + 0 down, 72 month financing with 4.49 APR (3.99 is the BMW Financial minimum, so I let them pad it up a bit) + If I tried harder, I think I would have been able to get an additional $1-2K discount off MSRP, but I was in a time crunch.

BMW allows dealers to markup the rate by .00040, for extra profit. Keep shopping for the best deal.
