    Actually it’s for use by the military in time of war but various politicians have dipped into over the years for other purposes.

    That can be corrected with a couple pounds of weights on the outside bottom of the rim.

    I should. tell the wife to forget the new house, we are buying a Ferrari!

    I might actually be wearing her down about selling her car and replacing it with a fun one. Her objection was she might need to drive the truck sometimes and might not be able to. I told her it drives just like a car and I would let her drive next time we go out.

    also said I would consider an AT in it, depending on what we got, and she could drive that too. Though she can drive a stick, I don't think she would want to have to. especially if it was my baby!

    a nice BMW Z4 or 230i Convertible? she might bite on that.

    Per wiki (and the SPR itself) it is just to ward against supply disruptions, maybe a prior version (as this only apparently dates to 1975) was different.

    Yes! A new driveway! The first thing I said to my wife when we moved in in 2010 is that the driveway is shot and is going to need to be replaced soon.

    I need to keep looking for a car for my son. The seller messaged me this evening saying he sold the car. Said he got his $6,500 asking price.

    At least he was considerate and let you know the car sold. I am doing our best to keep our 06 TL in the fleet, so far so good. I just don't want to be searching for another car at this time.

    If I was the seller I'd tell you to look at the car in the spec you want then.

    I know we always made fun of your pavement, but it was spring fresh compared to my driveway in Ohio....

    Yeah, the good ones go fast. He probably used the PPI that you paid for to seal the deal.

    I never saw the logic in the Gladiator. Cramped interior and a tiny bed not suited for much more than minimal camping gear. Big truck price though.

    Certainly you can offer what you would have offered for the same car without moonroof. I wouldn’t tell the seller that, though.

    it has been a while since I sold (or bought) privately. I doubt I ever will again. Well, scratch that, when I finally get my bigger garage, might possibly wade into the cesspool looking for a toy.

    I don’t know, I’ve had pretty good experiences buying and selling privately. Would you rather deal with THIS guy at the dealer instead?
