If I was in the market for an old Firebird I probably would go for the V6 like that one since the V8s were probably beat up or crashed.

Near my shore house someone has one of these in white. They come down my street (probably to go to the restaurant on the bay) quite often. I’ll have to try and grab a pic if I see him this year.
It’s not show quality but looks presentable.

I think this one bas been for sale for a bit, probably not a ton of local demand. License plate age supports the dormancy claim.
The stripe is unfortunate.

It’s the 40th anniversary. I assume it comes in black, but I grabbed the first pic I found.

Haven’t seen one of those in years. My dad had an 87 Shadow Turbo 5sp two door in black over grey. Later on my Aunt had a 94 ES Mistu V6 in the ubiquitous for the time hunter green over beige with gold trimmed wheels.
For awhile the Shadow/Sundance and Spirit/Acclaim were everywhere it seemed.

I don’t think they were that bad a car for the times. The 94 with the 3.0 V6 was pretty fun to drive. Torque steered almost as bad as an early VQ Maxima but in a good way.
My stepbrother’s first car was a Spirit with the V6. He dogged that car to death and it never let him down. At one point he smashed it and put it back together with primer panels but it kept going. I think it got traded at well over 150K on the original transmission. That 3.0 was blowing lots of blue smoke by then.

I rented the Chrysler version of the Spirit (5th Avenue?) for a business trip. Drove it from SoCal to Stockton and back. Very comfy ride, which I guess should be no surprise.
A friend of mine and his mom both had a Spirit - they were big Mopar fans. Both were burgundy, and I think one had the 4 banger and the other the V6.

I’m sure there is some love for the 91/92 RT.

Looks good on those wheels
Becoming extinct - probably nobody out there to save it
"I do not need any help selling this vehicle" - I dunno with that price
Fun patina but same here
These seem to have a cult around them
Pretty cool but you probably can't get there from here

That color was so popular on the Taurus. Period color for sure.
Eldo, I’ve never seen one in that trim. With some work it could be saved
Imperial is cool, but too far gone for most
I like the Ranchwagon. Price may not be that far out of line. IMO

Agree on the RanchWagon
Never seen a commemorative edition either but if that means no vinyl top, I'm there
Clean roads and false spring weather (a few warm days with cool/cold just ahead) beckoned. The car has been off the road since November 12th - yesterday I charged the battery, aired up the tires, and turned the key this morning. The car started right up, settled into a normal idle, and ran/drove fine - got a couple compliments including a nice chat with a guy easily in his 70s who was down from BC and was really taken by it.

even if you could get parts (and I assume you can't) probably couldn't fix that mess.

What could it be worth restored? No way
Also, in order to punch my CCBA card, anyone want a 9 year old S4 with 71K miles, or a 8 year old TTS with 63K miles? Not immediately for sale but testing the waters. Nothing is wrong with the cars, just maybe ready to move on from them; have owned them quite a long time.
Can't remember last time I saw an IROC Daytona
