    Hi all...apparently there are some spam filter issues so my post hasn't been going through but maybe the third time is a charm...The deal I got on my 2015 CX-5 GT FWD was as follows: 36mo, 12k mi, $350 per mo, $0 Down (literally sign and drive), 35 payments - I thought it was a pretty good deal; literally everything was rolled into the lease including tag and title.

    I have 3 separate dealers all quoting different residuals and MF's for a 3 year, 15k mile lease in Southern California (2015 CX-5 AWD Grand Touring)

    1) 55% and MF 0.00001
    2) 57% and MF 0.00001
    3) 58% and MF 0.00051

    The third dealer even verified the RV at $18,371.50 (MSRP: $31,675). Cap cost $29,408, payment at $341.76 plus tax.

    The numbers we have for CA show 58% and .00001 - I think the last dealer is inflating the MF for a bit of extra profit.

    Residual cannot be modified by the dealer - it's possible that dealers 1 and 2 are using a different finance company, hence different residual values.

    24/10 - 66% and .00021

    36/10 - 57% and .00001

    I have no numbers for 2014.

    Looking for MF, residual and possible monthly payment for CX-5 Sport in NH. Looking for 36 month, 12k/yr and according to TrueCar - selling price should be around $24,331. Also I know its not advised but planning on $1200 down payment and $4400 in trade (completely planning on buying out the car at the end of the lease)

    Lease support, I believe Michael is referring to a cash incentive offered by the finance company or manufacturer toward the price of the car for leasing. Look up the July incentives/rebates for this model. Those can be found under the car research tab on the header of the browser page.

    Hi Michael,

    Could I get the MF and RV on both a 2015 CX5 Touring and Grand Touring AWD. 36 month, 15K/year lease. I am located in Northern CA (SF Bay Area, if it makes a difference).

    Comparing this car with the Honda CR-V AWD, Nissan Murano AWD and Hyundai Santa Fe AWD, so you may find the same question in those forums ;).
