Yup it's an Autonation dealer. Luckily here in Southern California we have a ton of dealers. Another dealer quoted $399/mo + tax with $308 due at signing without any negotiation. I plan to try to negotiate away the $308 due at signing if my wife chooses this van.

Keep us posted, though some of that up front money is going to the state - they aren't real good at negotiating anything away.

Thanks Everyone on this forum for all these discussions and inputs. It immensely helped with the negotiation..

I put in a deposit and will be picking up the van in the coming week. The dealer did not have the Pearl White/Bisque combination in stock and will be getting it from other dealer.

EWU warranty $400 (I had them include with the deal before I sign the lease and go to F&I. Avelino - thank you for the input on the warranty cost. I was able to get it reduced from the original $700 they quoted)

Bought in PA and will be registered in NJ.

Zero due at signing. $472/35 months. I had purchased my earlier Toyota Vechile from this dealer and that kind of helped a bit with the deal.

(Rant alert - ) I had to travel about an hour 1 way to this dealership. I would rather travel more if needed than talking to a dealer in NJ. Even though these NJ dealers usually give similar deals they are down right rude and keep on pressuring to make a decision. I went to this dealership twice as we could not make up our mind on the color and the dealer was understanding of that and promosied that I will get the same agreed deal until end of the month.

Residual is a percentage of MSRP, not CAP cost, and we show 56%.

Add in an acquisition fee of $650 and miscellaneous charges, and you are pretty close, I think.

I want to sincerely thank this forum for helping me lease my last few vehicles over the years.

I normally can find the information I am looking for but in this case everyone seems to be requesting info from the east coast and for the xle.

I need the current MF and residual for a 2016 sienna SE (not premium) in CA for 36/12 and 36/10. Some dealership told me residual is 53%.

LE and XLE AWD numbers are the same - 57% for 36/12, MF of .00001. Add 1% for 10K, if that option exists.
