I just sold my John Deere LX 178 Lawn Tractor... or you'd be getting "pssh, pssh, pssh". lol.

That went sideways in a funny way.
Not as funny, yesterday while mowing the lawn, I got strung a couple of times by some agressive yellowjackets(on the elbow and the eyelid).
Today, I went out and promptly got stung 3 more times(right hand, back of an ear and above the other elbow).
Heading to Home Depot asap.

Then I made a hook to fish the fuel fill level piece out of the tank.
Somehow after all these years I ended up pushing into the tank when filling it.
When it fell into the tank it got tangled with the fuel pickup tube but I was able to retrieve it pretty easily with the hook. Good start to the day.

I see you have the GCV 160. Maybe an upgrade to more power? lol. Just bought a used Honda GCV 170 from my neighbor. Cuts well, nimble and handles the corners great. The pull start problem/recall plaguing some model years...not a problem.

Saw an explorerx4 special - white late run Fox Mustang 5.0 LX convertible, white with white top and white wheels, could have passed for a new car.

That car would be more interesting to me with original seat material, lack of door signage outside, and factory wheels even if dog-dish caps.

While I don't study BaT, I've not seen a car like that, condition-wise, on there before.

I've never seen one with a 3-speed.

Front seat has been reupholstered. Upper door panels were hard plastic on the base LeSabre, like Chevy's Bel Air then.

This one was built in Wilmington, DE, which is where virtually every '71-76 full-size Chevy my hometown dealer got in--including our '74 Impala Sport Coupe--was built.

Still at $1000. Those wheels cost more than that, wonder why they spent that much on alloys that look like steelies.
