What is the November residual and MF for the 2015 335i Xdrive GT ?? 36 months 10k and 39 months 10k?
I see they also added a $1000 happier holiday cash incentive, anything else, like additional dealer hidden cash ?? I see on BMWUSA, All Credits valid through December 01, 2014 and also Credit allowance varies by model, through 1/2/15. What is the difference or is there a possibility of a program change in December ??
Thinking of changing programs as I wail for delivery, currently eligible for:
36 months 10K, 64% residual and .00129 MF and $500 innovations.
Thanks in advance,
.00130 MF and 62% residual for 36mo, 10K/yr. 63% residual for 39mo, 10K/yr. (yes.. the 39 month residual is higher). $1000 Holiday Credit.
Thanks for all of the information and help! When will 2014 model info for November be released?
Generally, is there any benefit to a 39 mo lease over a 36 mo lease? I am negotiating a 2014 328.
we are hoping early next week for the 2014 numbers.
39 month lease specials often give you the same residual as a 36 month lease but you get 3 more payments.
Any word on the 2014 financials for November? I believe its .00130 and 59% for 36/15K, but I am trying to figure out if the $1000 holiday cash can be used on 2014. If not, any other incentives?

The only way to improve the deal is to negotiate a better selling price .. but you're almost $6K off already.
California taxes the monthly payment - what does the $3314.42 represent?
Sorry. My error. That is the tax on the total selling price. Not relevant for lease.
OK - you had me confused. There are a number of states that do tax the entire selling price for a lease and wanted to make sure you were or were not in one of those states.

To those with experience leasing BMW's - is the lease residual value fairly close to the market value at the end of the term or does BMW typically inflate the residual value to provide for a better deal?
I was looking to lease a 335i xdrive. MSRP is $55,250 with a negotiated price of $48,230 (including destination and processing but excluding acquisition fee, taxes, tags). I'm getting the terms quoted here for a 10K miles per year lease - .00130 MF and 62% residual - so a payment just under $500.
Seems like a good deal but now debating between purchasing and leasing. Assuming I want to keep the car 3 years either way, the lease only comes out on top from a total cost of ownership standpoint if the actual market value of the car in 3 years is $3K or so less than the lease residual value of $34,255. Note that my definition of market value would be somewhere between trade in value and private party sale.
Any thoughts on this residual value versus market value would be helpful. Thanks in advance.
Monthly payment including 6% FL sales tax: $415/month
I know the MF is higher than the base .00130, but I am getting the car under invoice and it has been the most competitive quote I've received yet.
Dealers often give you a better number on either the sale price or the MF .. you should try to shoot for both. Perhaps opening talks with a second BMW dealer will get them to make a deal using the base MF of .00130.
At the moment, it's a good deal, but there might be a bit more room to bring the payment down.

BMW often inflates their residuals to make for more attractive lease payments. This usually results in the lease end residual being higher than the actual market value. I suspect BMW does this to get you to re-lease another car when the first lease is up.

$1971 divided by $4550 = .433 divided by 3.25 yrs = 13.3% annual return on the $4550.
hi, I am totally new to this and would appreciate your help on my questions.

.00130 MF and 60% for 36/15. $1000 holiday cash, which I suspect is already factored into the $32,550 quote from your dealer. Not sure you can do much better than that.
With the numbers you've provided, I get a pre-tax payment of $355.97. This excludes any taxes or fees which, depending on where you live, you can roll into the price.
I would recommend you review the articles on this site as a place to begin your research about leasing:
but they want $1813 up front, which include the first month payment. But what the other $1424 for?
Is it a good deal? thank you for your input.
If you add up the doc fee, acq fee, license fee and cap fee, you get $1349. The acquisition fee, for what it's worth, is marked up - the base fee from BMW is $725.
You are getting a good discount from sticker and the base MF - not much improvement to be had.

The sales price represents a healthy discount from sticker.
And, I assume that the $4000 up front includes all your taxes .. in Texas, the entire purchase price ($49,920) is subject to sales tax.
Work to get the base MF, and open negotiations with a second dealer if you have to - a little competition is good for the soul. And your checkbook.
