There is a $1250 incentive, and you can be sure they included it in the $6000 discount from MSRP.

Those are the base rates, with no markup, plus a healthy discount. The calculations are correct, as well. Looks like a pretty good deal, from here.

Dealer cannot modify the residual. The money factor is marked up from the base rate of .00138.

Don't challenge them. Politely explain to them you won't sign a deal with a marked up MF; they know what the base rate is.
