BTW, you can take the drive at any dealer and use the code at another dealer. Just go to the link, enter your zip code and expand the search and dealers until you find the date that you want.

Also - any incentives going on now (sounds like$1k for test driving + $1k cash build out)
Is the average discount still 5-7% off of MSRP?

.00130 MF and 63% residual. $1000 buildout cash.

You have to attend an "Ultimate Driving Event" to get the other $1000. Don't think you get that by just showing up for a test-drive.

I get $466.55 with your numbers, so pretty close. However, we don't recommend you put money down on a lease; if the car is stolen or totaled, you lose that money.

@rissen You can't CAP your taxes in CA. The monthly payment is taxed. The only taxes you can CAP is the tax due on upfront payments.

Also, the base MF is .00130, this month.

Why not consider a 328i sedan? Residuals are 2% higher than the GC.

You still have to pay tax on the payment. .. no way around that.

Extra miles are charged up front and deducted from the residual.

It's somewhere between .10 and .25 per mile.

Correct - if the rate is .10 per mile and you want 18k per year for three years, deduct $900 from the calculated residual.

36/15 is .00130 and 58% for both models. Add 2% for 12k

i pointed that to the dealer and also asked for $500 off the price and include build incentive but he didn't want to do that, they had the drive event at the dealership so I think he is confident he will sell the car on his terms.
I am dropping all these, maybe next year when I got more money.

I think the selling price is fair. It's about 7% off + $1000.

The two markups (acq.fee and MF) are adding about $22/mo. to the lease, pre-tax.

You do know that you can use discount code at any dealer, not just the place where you took the drive? There may be better deals next month if you are flexible as to color and equipment. If you are going to wait until next year, remember they are changing the engines for the 2017 model year.
