Is there any difference in MF/Residuals for 2015 Q5 2.0T Premium versus Premium Plus for 36m/15K. I see above thread that the Premium Plus is.00105 52%. Is Premium model the same?
Audi has current promotion for Premium Model for a 36M/10K at $445 month with MSRP of $42,225, $3135 due at signing. How does this deal compare to standard lease rates? Do they offer increased miles of 15K under same promotion?

Premium model residuals are 3% higher.
All advertised deals use the normal lease variables. What isn't often disclosed are incentives or dealer discounts necessary to achieve the advertised payment. The advertisements are just examples, using the current program. You can structure it however you like. Going to 15K/yr to 10K/yr lowers the residual by 3%. On an MSRP of $42,225 in the example, that will add $1266 total to the lease cost, or about $35/mo.
Can any recent purchasers share their sale price numbers for 2015 Q5s and what level discounting they receive given that 2016 will be available for build in June?

Generally speaking, 4-6% off sticker is good for Audi, before incentives.
I'm sorry if this was covered earlier, but are the MF and residuals different between the 2.0, 3.0T, 3.0TDI, and SQ5 when looking, for example, at 36 / 12K?

I just got a Q5 in LA...I traded in my two year old Allroad (which had 12 months on lease left, about $700 worth of body damage, 25K miles out of 30K - was going to go over, needed new tires/brakes).
Bought a 2015 Q5 P+ with tech, B&O, alpine white...sticker about 49K.
36months/10000miles a year/audicare - total drive off was $565, monthly is $578. All figures include 9% tax. All fees - including lease inception, registration etc were rolled into lease.
My purchase price was actually 39K, because my trade in was about 2-3K upsidedown. On my lease, it shows my current payoff, having only made one of 36 payments, would be 43.3 + 9% tax.
Apparently, the dealership made a mistake when emailing me the numbers but honored it anyway - but not after about a dozen managers mulled around in the sales managers office for about 45 minutes! The two other dealers I have relationships with (its my 6th Audi) couldn't get within $75/month of the deal, or over $2700 cheaper.
I'm happy, and love the car. Like being high up for a change, and interior seems much larger than allroad, even though it isn't really.

Good luck shopping, everyone!
Does it mean you got $10K off the vehicle (MSRP $49K and purchase price $39K)? can you share which dealer did you work with in LA?
I'd rather not say the dealer, but it was in Los Angeles County. it was adjusted to 39K so that the negative equity in my trade-in would allow for the monthly payments they promised. I don't think they would have sold me the car outright for 39k if I hadn't had a trade in.
As I said before, I think they screwed up the numbers on the trade in, but honored the deal anyway.
Still getting a slightly inflated number from dealer and insistence that they "never sell at the buy rate."
Assuming this is a point to absolutely stand firm on based on everything I've read?
Well... it's your money.
Most Audi and BMW dealers mark up the rate, or attempt to.. The total cost of the lease is what you want to look at. No point in finding another dealer that will give you the base rate, but asks for MSRP as the selling price.
Ideally, you get a fair selling price with no markups.
Hello! Could you please give me the residual and MF for the two mileage scenarios on a 2015 Q5 Premium 2.0T & 42 mo lease? I need 15k and 12k.
I think they initially quoted me the correct residual and factor on 15k and we signed the paperwork, but the contract still said 12k as the allowance. Later in the week they made us resign with an updated residual because the bank kicked it back. So the new paperwork has a different factor and residual, but our payment stayed the same! I need to show them their mistake or they won't reopen the deal :-/

.00125 MF and 51%/53% residual
Thank you! This helps immensely!!!
By looking at the numbers they initially ran, I would surmise they calculated at 18k. Then the new contract adjusted to 15k, which changed the residual but they kept the monthly payment the same. They accomplished that feat by moving the change in residual to the rental charge. It's a 1-for-1 transfer. As a result of the transfer, my money factor was inflated to .00171!
Can you confirm the residual for 18k? I would bet it's 49%...

We don't show 18K/yr allowances for Audi. They reduce the 15K/yr residual on a cost per/mile basis..
I am new to leasing Audi. I have leased several BMWs in the past. Does Audi allow MSDs to further reduce MF? Also, what is the base aquisition fee for say a Q5? I know dealers tend to mark them up so I would like to know what the starting point is. Thank you!

Audi does have an MSD program, but I don't know the particulars. IIRC, it's not as generous as the BMW program. $695 is the base acquisition fee.
This must be a common problem: Consumer runs the lease #s through a lease calculator and gets a payment. Then dealer runs the same #s and gets a larger payment!!!!
Can you help me with the following? MSRP 57005 cap cost 52217 MF .00096 Resid 59% (7.5k mi/yr) 36mo term 9.9% tax
What should the payment be with tax included? i come up with $657.75/mo

2015 Q5 TDI Premium Plus?
If you live in a state that taxes the monthly payment, my calculations are within $1/mo. of yours.
Hi! Need help with a new 2015 Audi Q5 premium plus with technology package lease. In SF. Offering 36 months/7500 miles at .00190 MF, residual 56%. Payments are $658 with 3000 down.
MSRP 48, 455 Final sale $45,688.68 with doc fee, tax and non tax fees. after 3 years residual $27,134.
Is this a good deal? I feel like MF high and annual mileage low. Thanks!

2015 Q5 3.0T same info
2015 SQ5 same info
2015 Q5 2.0T same info
Also, are there any active incentives? What % off MSRP are folks getting for 2015 models?
Thanks!!

MSRP 50,120
Sales Price 46,091
Residual 27,566 - matches 55% I have seen here
MF being quoted .00135 -- assume this is inflated from .00105, even though I am being told it is not?
1000 down, 750 rebate - am I missing something here? Does that make sense?
$668.34 per month
Still new to this, so any advice welcome, thanks.
There is a $750 customer rebate on the Q5 (Audi Summer of Savings).
Assuming the sale price is the CAP cost, then I get a payment of $614/mo.+tax, using .00135 MF.
.00105 MF would drop the payment to $592/mo.+tax
