2015 Acura TLX Lease Questions

So I picked up a 2015 white/espresso base 2.4 last night. Paid $900 upfront including fees and first month payment.

$300/monthly with 12k a year (didn't even notice that) 

I feel like I came out ahead considering this color combo is now a rare find however one thing i noticed was they added a $350 turn in fee if I don't buy it end of term...is that normal?

Nice deal - enjoy the new TLX.

The disposition fee is normal with leases - I have one for my Hyundai.

52% residual are you sure? Thats sounds too low for 3 year lease for Japanese car

I confirm the 52% residual. Higher trim levels usually have low residuals, and the V6 has a lower residual than the 4-cylinder TLX.

Residual is a percentage of MSRP. Lease cash is a dealer incentive. Use your knowledge of it to negotiate a lower selling price.

Sorry for my very stupid question, but if we pay the difference between the msrp and residual values, and the residual is calculated against the msrp, what difference does it make to negotiate the car sale price down?

Because the depreciation amount of the lease payment is the difference between the negotiated price and the residual value.

Example - MSRP is 36,000, residual is 50% (18,000). If the price paid is MSRP, then the depreciation is 18,000 - over 36 months, that is $500/mo.

Now, if you negotiate the selling price down to 32,000, then the depreciation is only 14,000, or $389/mo.

Ergo, lower selling price = lower lease payment, all else being equal.

can anyone provide the MF and RV for a 10k/36 month and 12k/36 month for a 2015 TLX 3.5L V6 w/ Advanced Package, FWD? Houston, TX here. (I hate how taxes get charged on overall sale price in TX!)
Also, I've been emailing back and forth prices with a salesman about price but he's under the impression I'm going to buy it, not lease. Should it matter? Could the agreed sell price possibly change? Right now his latest price offered is $36,786 (MSRP $43,520).

Shouldn't matter. The $2250 is good for lease or finance.

There are different numbers for the V6:

$2000 for V6 Base or FWD Tech
$2250 for V6 Advance or AWD Tech

You can use it to either reduce the cap cost or to cover the up front costs of the lease (bank fee, dealer fee, first payment, etc)

The lease cash is a factory to dealer incentive, so the dealer is under no obligation to share it with you. Most of them will, once it's brought up.

Negotiate your best price first, then ask to apply the lease cash.

In my research I am seeing a lease loyalty incentive of $1000 for 2015 TLX that expires in November. Can anyone confirm this or look into it more? I know my dealer wont admit to it.

Acura just told me about it today as part of lease negotiations. Its available on the ILX that I am shopping for. Weird though that they are charging me tax on it.

I wonder why there is no mention of it on Acura website? If I own a Honda car I wonder if that would apply to the Loyalty incentive when buying an Acura? There is no mention of details of this incentive.

Are you able to include BOTH $1k loyalty and $2250 lease cash on a new V6 Advanced w/Tech lease deal? Talking in general, but seems it would be entirely possible to get all-in payment at/or under $400 with $0 cash down with some decent negotiating if so. Am I way off here?
