4-Cyl Tech - 61% and .00092
V6 Tech - 57% and .00067
Numbers are good for either 36/10 or 39/10

The extra 9000 miles on an 18K/yr lease would probably be deducted from the residual at $0.15/mi., resulting in a residual reduction of $1350. That would add about $40/mo. to the payment over a 15K/yr lease.

How does this deal look? Seems a bit high to me after reading through the previous comments. I am trading a 2013 Honda Accord EX-L i4 with 26000 miles. I've already received another trade in quote from an Infiniti dealer for 19000 towards a 2015 Q40. Also have an appointment with Carmax to see what they may offer for the Honda.

I agree with the math the dealer has provided, and confirm the MF and residual amounts.

We don't recommend you make any sort of cap cost reduction with the trade equity - if the car is stolen or totaled, you lose the money. And, it's only an extra $28/mo (pre-tax).

Only other way to make the deal better is to negotiate a better selling price.

Seems to be high. I got a quote of $403 V4-tech package. Nothing down. 10k / year. This is in Illinois so not an exact match. Tax is 8.25%. Selling price used was 33100.

Could you also provide what residual, MF and selling price was used? This is a good deal. I am getting V4-Tech for about $400 ... could negotiate a little bit but still it can't beat the $350. The MSRP for both car is 36420 I believe.

32115 + 595 acq was the purchase price (note there is 1k rebate for current acura owners)
dont have the MF Residual is 21744. Note There are much bigger incentives (MF and rebates) for the V6 base as they seem to want to move these cars compared to the V4 -- comparing the lease rates on acura.com the diff is only $10 between the two

Got my new TLX lease - turned in the old tsx lease. The final numbers were Title + license + first month for a total of 728 down and 366//month. 3 years x 10k miles. V4-Tech Silver Slate and black interior. Also got to port the unused miles from previous lease to this one. Also included was the lease acquisition fee of $595 - acquisition fee was built into the monthly payments.

This might not be the best deal but I think it is decent plus got lot of freebies - wheel locks, Nitrogen filled tires (free refills if needed), front and rear splash guards, all weather floor mats (doesn't include cargo mat). This itself is about $500 or more. To top this, 2 free oil change, free car wash (which I won't be using as much as the dealer is a little way off), 1 year tire protection, 1 year ding / dents protection and 1 year windshield protection. Also am going to get a $200 check in the mail for returning the old lease!

MSRP was 36420 and residual was 21788. Tax is 8.25%

Just helped my brother in law lease v6 base with just 1st months payment, all fees rolled in for $395 a month in NJ (7% tax). Returning Acura lessee so got the loyalty credit as well.

Does the website mention a down payment? That would affect the payment amount.

We would need to know the MSRP and selling price in order to model a payment.

The V-6 Advance models have $1000 lease cash.
Don't see any lease cash on the 4-cylinders..

No clue on target price. You can use the Make/Model/Year tabs at the top of the page to see what Edmunds has to say.
