2.4 base and 3.5 base - what would the residuals be for 12k and 15k? Thanks!

    2.4: 63%/61%

    3.5: 62%/60%

Looks like they are running 39 month leases using those same residuals.

I am looking for the MF and residuals for a 3.5 liter AWD Tech for 12k miles. I'm assuming it's for 39 months not 36 as well?

Also, assuming the MF is .00105, is this the very best MF possible or is there a Tier 1+ / Tier 0 of some sort with Acura? Thank you!

.00105 MF and 58% residual for either 36 or 39 months..

If you do a true $0 due at signing lease, the MF is .00095, but otherwise .00105 is as low as it goes.

Can you shed some light on fees? Are there ones I should refuse or am able able to negotiate? Doc fee and license fee seem to be same thing to me. Acquisition fee was already included in the negotiated sales price. Also can MF or Residuals be negotiated?

    First Month Payment $398.00
    Bank Fee $595.00
    Documentation Fee $369.00
    Sales Tax $67.48
    License $383.50
    Total $1812.98

Of what you listed, the only one that can be negotiated out is the Doc Fee ... adjust your selling price offer downward by $369 to offset. Bank fee is from Acura and the rest are state mandated.

MF can be marked up by the dealer; you want to ensure that they are using the base MF in their lease calcs. Residual is set by the bank and cannot be modified.

Ok. Thx! How do I ensure they are using base MF? they are quoting the MF you stated above (.00128). Last question. What is the $67 sales tax if I am paying the sales tax every month in my payment?

Have them show you the lease worksheet; it should state the MF being used.

The $67 is the tax for taxable items paid up front.

Greetings! I am looking into leasing a 2.4, but was told today all the programs require a credit score of 720. My credit score is 685, does anyone have any insight on how that will affect my ability to lease through Acura? I was told at Audi that they could still do a lease but my MF would be higher based on my credit score, and I am wondering if that is the case with Acura as well.

    Thanks for any feedback.

It does look like Acura offers different MF based on one's credit score, but we don't have the specifics as to how much the MF would increase.

    Not enough information .. 4-cyl or V6?

What is the MSRP and selling price? Taxes in GA will hurt your lease payment.

    TLX 4-cyl base: .00128 and 63%

    TLX V6 base: .00105 and 62%

With your MSRP and total purchase price, I'm getting $391.74/mo before tax.

What does the $1700 down get used for? In Georgia, you pay ad valorem tax on the entire selling price.

I hope this isn't a prohibited request, but I always wonder why with only so few models and mileage combos, why someone or the moderator just doesn't post all the MFs and RVs for the current month for this car? Anyway, I'll make the request at my own peril. May I have the Feb. 2015 MFs and RVs for 36/39 mos. and 10k/12k/15k for all TLX models?

It's actually easier to answer the questions as they come in .. who wants to scroll back multiple pages to find the one post with all the info?

All models? 4-cyl, V6, tech, FWD, AWD? That's a lot to ask for. Are you that undecided in which one you may lease?

MF is .00128 for all 4-cylinders, and .00105 for the V6's.

    4-cyl base residual is 61% for 36 or 39 month, 15,000 miles

    V6 base residual is 60% for 36 or 39 month, 15,000 miles

all other trim levels are lower RV. Add 2% for 12K and 3% for 10K.

Actually, you're comment about scrolling back in this post is the exact problem I'm having trying to figure out which are all the current MFs and RVs for the individual models at the different lease terms and mileages. Not that it's relevant, but the reason I wanted all of them is that I'm a longstanding Acura lessee with two current leases that have Momentum Miles and on one of the new leases I have to be very cognizant of the monthly payment, so yes, I wanted all of the models and their MFs and RVs so I could run the various scenarios factoring in the Momentum Miles to see how much car we could afford on that lease. With that said, I took your information, but wasn't able to complete the picture, so can you confirm/correct the MFs and RVs below? Thanks

MSRP $39250. I haven't sad down to negotiate the actual selling price. The above numbers were provided by the sales manager cause he knows that I have been a customer with Acura Financial before and currently with Honda financial.

Without the selling price (actually, the net cap cost) we can't figure the payment.

Using the MSRP of $39,250 and the selling price of $38,000, I get a 36/12 payment with tax of $461.25, and a 36/10 payment with tax of $451.02.

Ask the dealer what the net cap cost is - and get them to explain how they arrived at that number from the selling price they quoted you. That might explain the difference in their quote.

As I mentioned earlier, I'm a current lessee and I received an AFS offer back on 10/29/14 that's good through 3/31/15. In calculating their lease example in the offer (the obligatory 2.4 Base, 36 mos., 10k miles), it's a 66% RV and a 0.00083 MF. $299/mo, MSRP of $31,890, $29,362 net cap cost, $10,764 total payments, $21,047 lease end value, $2,200 cap cost reduction for AFS super preferred/preferred credit customers. This doesn't include TT&L, but does include $595 destination. Being in Texas and a previous lessee, I know my TT&L will probably be around $770. Although this seems like a pretty good offer, alas, I'm not interested in the 2.4 Base, but rather the 3.5 Adv, and was wondering if there's a way to extrapolate the offer to the 3.5 Adv with the information in hand? Obviously the RV isn't the current RV, but I would be locked in with the offer, so I'm assuming the RV is from Oct 14 when the offer was sent? So do I need the RV for a 3.5 Adv from Oct 14 to know what the offer is? Also, on the MF, that's pretty low, and I'm confident I could actually obtain that with an 813 FICO, but would it be the same or even possibly lower for the 3.5 Adv since the MF for the 3.5 is lower than for the 2.4? Or at 0.00083 MF, are they pretty much giving me the lowest rate they have? Finally, does the cap cost reduction usually increase depending on the model, or is it usually the same regardless of the model?

The current MF is .00128 for the 4-cyl and .00105 for the V6. The .00083 is long gone - I'm not quite sure I understand an offer sent out in October that is valid until March.

The difference in the 36/10 residual is now 64% for 4-cyl base and 59% for the V6 Advance.

We'd need to know the MSRP and net cap cost of the V6 Advance to model a payment. I don't think it's possible to "extrapolate" a payment from a national offer on a completely different model. Each deal stands alone.

The offer is good through March because that's when my leases are up. The offer states I'm approved up to $50k, which could be a much better model than the 2.4 Base. What I'm trying to figure out is if the lease example they give in the small print is just that, an example, and not a specific model I'm limited to in the offer. In other words, can the $2,200 cap cost reduction be applied to any of the other models as well with that offer? Can I negotiate a selling price for a 3.5 Adv and then spring this offer and get an additional $2,200 cap cost reduction?

The numbers they give in the example are just an example... not even a guarantee that any dealer will honor them.

4-cyl or V6? Which trim level or options packages?

What is the net cap cost, after taxes and fees are rolled in?
