    .00105 and 58% for 39/15.

With your MSRP and cap cost, I get a pre-tax payment of $425.97. 7% tax takes the payment to $455.79. Dealer may be marking up the MF on you.

Confirm the net cap cost - there may be other fees being added in.

Is this still associated with the $483 payment from above? If so, looks pretty solid. With your new cap cost, I'm showing $503.11

I was offered a 2015 TLX 4 Cyl, base, 10K, Los Angeles - $600 down with $360 month including tax. 39 month lease. The miles (15k) roll over from my previous lease so I'd get 45K. They will "take care of" my last payment as well. I think it is a pretty good deal.

    58% residual for 36/10. Subtract 1% for 12K.

I confirm the .00100 MF for the V6 TLX this month.

According to my research I offered the dealer invoice less the D&H (unless my numbers are off). I wanted to be taken seriously, so that's as low as I went. Nothing in my research indicated the car was selling for anywhere near invoice, so I was already worried about not being taken seriously. I think 5 dealers basically blew me off, but one dealer took my first offer without even haggling. It made be wonder if I could have got the car for even lower. All this information on the web indicated to the contrary, so how would one know how much they could have ultimately got a car for? So I'm thinking about the numbers and I'm wondering, who ultimately pays for the D&H if I didn't? Is it truly a cost, or just a foregone revenue stream? If it's a true cost, then doesn't the dealer's 2% hold back have to cover the D&H? I'm assuming the dealer is getting marketing and other money back from Acura and Acura Financial Services for the car? Is the dealer getting some of the acquisition fee perhaps? Or perhaps not, just volume incentive money perhaps? On one hand it just seems like a skinny deal for the dealer (not complaining if so), but on the other hand, you wonder just how low they'll go. If this is in the wrong board, I'm sorry, I was just elaborating on the earlier exchange. If this is in the wrong board, can you please move it and a copy of my prior post to the right board? Thanks

The short answer is ... you'll never know.

Dealers have lots of different revenue streams, and I truly believe they wouldn't make a deal unless there was something in it for them, somewhere. Maybe not from you, but your sale may have triggered a volume bonus from the manufacturer.

The only way to know how low they would go is to find a number that they don't agree with and increment it $1 at a time until they say yes. Me, I've got better things to do with my time.

The pleasure of driving your new car will be around longer than you will remember the financial details of the deal.

I'm really satisfied with the deal, regardless of whether it was the absolute lowest or not. I traveled to Houston from San Antonio, a 4 hour drive, just to get this deal. It was a pleasure dealing with this dealership. Coming from a one dealership town in San Antonio, being able to actually make an offer was a welcome treat. I didn't even fret over the slight improvement in RV/MF or lease cash the next day (3/1) because the dealership probably wouldn't have done the same deal the next day. I was in the dealership until late the last night because of all the customers. I think you're right. I think they were trying to reach some sales goals. Thanks for the insight.

Just closed on a SH-AWD Tech with protection package for the following terms:
    Gross Cap Cost $39,350
    Adj Cap Cost $37,706
    10k / 39months
    All fees TTL paid upfront
    $399 / month

Spot on the money with .0010MF and 58%RV.  Curious why MSRP on my car was $42,370 and not $42,495??  (No complaints here though)

They also showed me their incentive worksheet and the $750 cash is supposed to only be available for the front wheel drive TLX's.

Any thoughts on my negotiated gross cap cost at $39,350?  Was hoping to close the deal at $39k but they actually let me walk at that price.

Not in the market so don't follow transaction prices all that closely. Seems like a good deal for a car that stickers at $42K.

.00100 MF and 55% residual. Those numbers are also good for 39mo, 12K/yr.

    Don't have any loyalty info.

Looking to confirm the MF and RV for the Acura TLX V6 SH-AWD with Advance Package and w/20" Vossen Wheels & Tires. I just started internet shopping and was quoted an MSRP for this car of $45,840, MF .00090, RV 55% for 36 mo./12k miles. I live in South Florida an my lease ends in less than two weeks. Current lease is an Acura TL w/Tech. I'm looking for something different since I leased the TL w/tech twice (i.e. same car same and color for the last 6 years!). Prior to that leased two Honda's. I think I have built loyalty if there is such a thing. If I don't strike a good deal on the car above, I may have to look at other options this year. Help!

I am new to leasing as I have typically purchased my cars. I am in the process of helping my parents research leasing options for a 2015 4cyl w/Tech FWD TLX after their 2000 TL with 175k miles died on them. I see an Acura offer of $420 per month for 39months with no money down. Is it possible to negotiate this price down? What are the best possible lease rates for this vehicle in NJ. Thanks for any help possible.

Any national or regional offer is just OK; you should be able to do better on your own.

36/15 numbers on the 4-cyl FWD Tech are .00128 and 58% (same residual for 39 months as well).

Using your numbers, I get a $0 down pre-tax payment of $426.34. We do not recommend any sort of down payment (outside of initial payment and up front fees and taxes) - if the car is stolen or totaled, you lose that money.

Michaell - The doc fee is $80, registration $384, and acquisition of $595 so with a $1059 down I should be at $426 plus taxes, correct?

    Good Evening,

I would like to fact check an offer that I have in North Carolina, if I may?

    2015 V6 FWD Tech.
    10k Mile lease

Can you please quote current residuals and Money factors ( 820 credit score) for 36 and 39 month lease terms?

    Many thanks!

Also curious as to when the requested info is good through and if you might care to speculate if the money factor might shift...and in which direction? Seems like there is significant inventory....

.00100 MF and 60% residual for either 36/10 or 39/10.

No guesses on the money factor

Thank you. Do you know when these current MF numbers are valid through? Also, are you privy to any manufacturer incentive information?

    Thank you for sharing...really appreciated!

    Acura numbers expire on 5/11/15.

Use the "Car Research" tab at the top of the page to get customer incentive information.

Michaell - The doc fee is $80, registration $384, and acquisition of $595 so with a $1059 down I should be at $426 plus taxes, correct?

With 1500 drive off (instead of $1059) the dealer came up with $418.20 plus taxes for a total of 455.84. I think this was very close to Michaels 426 plus taxes with 1059 down. I could still ask them for a 1059 down and roll up into the monthly.
