    This is my final quote $329 /mo (including taxes). Sounds its good deal.

    Would highly appreciate if you could let me know if $470 per month is good payment for 4 cylinder Acura TLX with Tech package? MSRP $36,210.69, 36 Months lease, 15K/year, no down payment due at signing. Thank you very much!!!

    Need to know the adjusted cap cost in order to tell you if the payment is good or not.

    Hi Michael, thank you so much for such a quick response! I did not realize you already responded until i checked the site today. I have checked with the dealer the adjusted cap cost and it is $35,063. Seems high, no? What is $2,000 lease cash? can you please explain? thank you again for your help with my questions!!!!

    Is this a 2015 or 2016 model?

    Lease cash is a dealer incentive. Use that knowledge to negotiate a lower selling price.
