MSRP $36420 Selling price $30483 ( That's $6000 in savings all incentives included ..... 17% off)
Total out of pocket $3280 : - Cap cost reduction......................... $1301.89 -1st Month payment..........................$270 -Registration / Title fee.....................$304 -Document Charge............................$369 -Acquisition fee/NJ lux/Sup Tax........$158.61 -Bank/Acquisition Fee.......................$595
LEASE payment all tax included : $270
What do you think? I think this is a pretty amazing deal. I couldn't find another dealer in the area that could beat this!
Are you able to include BOTH $1k loyalty and $2250 lease cash on a new V6 Advanced w/Tech lease deal? Talking in general, but seems it would be entirely possible to get all-in payment at/or under $400 with $0 cash down with some decent negotiating if so. Am I way off here?

Hi I've basically read the entire forum and noticed that last year the RV were higher like in the low 60's now it's in the high 50's. I live in Illinois so the tax is 8.25% I think. I want to get the 2015 V6 tech sh-awd msrp $42,495 or V6 advance sh-awd msrp $45,720. The V6 tech sh-awd msrp is $42,495 and the sticker on the window is Now $36,750. The v6 advance awd is. Msrp $45,720 and now $39,945. There is an acquisition fee of 595 doc fee is 161 and dmv fees is 221 ($977 in fixes fees). Assuming I get the v6 tech sh-awd $36,750 plus $977 with $0 down plus 1st payment. What would my payments be for 36/10k 36/12k 36/15k or 39/10. Also same factors for a I4 tech. Sorry for all this plan on going tomorrow Wednesday September 30th. Also when does MF AND RV u will quote me expire? Thanks again. I appreciate you answering everyone. What will the MF AND RV for all these terms and/or pricing if u can calulate them for me. And am I forced to put the first month downamd have 35 more or does acura cover the first month?
Also I'm not sure if that includes lease cash or not. I'm assuming at that price it probably does or if that's a finance price u think I'll still be able to takenanother 1500 2k lease cash
Hello, I'm looking to get a 2.4L with tech for 36/15K. What is the MF and RV? Would it be the same for 2016 model? And what would be a good final price to negotiate down from MSRP? Thanks in advance.

First off, the current Acura numbers are set to expire 11/02; no need to worry about numbers expiring any time soon.
36/15 lease numbers:
V6 Tech SH-AWD - 52% and .00026 MF and $2250 lease cash V6 Advance SH-AWD - 50% and .00026 MF and $2250 lease cash I-4 Tech - 55% and .00056 and $1500 lease cash
Add 2% for 12K and 3% for 10K
39/10 residuals (MF and lease cash are the same as above): V6 Tech SH-AWD - 53% V6 Advance SH-AWD - 51% I-4 Tech - 56%
Payments before tax (36/15, 36/12, 36/10, 39/10) V6 Tech SH-AWD - $422.32, $398.93, $387.24, $380.22 V6 Advance SH-AWD - $490.91, $465.75, $453.17, $442.80 I-4 Tech - no pricing given My guess is that the offered prices do include the lease cash, but you'd have to confirm with the dealer.
Sir, I greatly appreciate it. I worked at the dealer and left. I wouldn't jeopradize my integrity for money. People work too hard to have others dig in their pockets.it looks like the RV is less now and the MF is less. Is there an excel formula somewhere where I can plug these RV AND MF prices and compare them to the other specials that were quoted awhile ago. Just tonsee what that does to the payment.
If You work at the dealership please don't take that the wrong way. There are some goodn dealerships out there. But everyone's mentality is to crack someone when they walk in the door. So I appreciate it.

I'm trying to lease a TSX V6 base 15K/36 with no money down + drive off ($1200), which includes the first month payment, and the best deal I am being offered is $370 including tax. Any thoughts? Is there room to negotiate more?

What is the MSRP and selling price? Hard to evaluate your deal without knowing those numbers.

MSRP was $36240 and selling price was $30650
I get $301/mo before tax with those numbers (56% residual and .00026 MF).
Find out what the net cap cost is .. if higher than the selling price, find out what's been added.

Thank you Michael,
I will call and ask them. They did quote the same RV and MF as you have listed above. It's in California at 9%
Hi, I am looking to lease a 2015 TLX Base 12000miles/3 Years and the lowest I have been quoted is $293 a moth including taxes for 35 months.
- The drive off is $0 and I am not paying any down - This deal includes the Acura Maintenance which the dealer is giving me for $1280 - The MSRP of the car is $32365 - The selling price excluding the maintenance contract and acquisition fee is $27483 - The dealer says he will take care of the first payment, registration and all other doc fees
Please can some one let me know this this is a good deal and if not what can I further negotiate on?

It's a great deal. Go sign before they change their mind.
One more question, the dealer really wants me to get the Maintenance Package as part of the deal. I just want to know if it is worth it to get the package for $1280. Are there any incentives that the dealership gets by selling these maintenance packages as the dealer said that the deal would not be as good without it. And to further make sure that I get the package he said he would give me All-weather TLX mats for free if I opt for it. I feel like he was forcing me into it. Is there any catch to this?
If I opt not to get it what should be my target monthly lease amount?

They get more profit from selling you the maintenance package. Find out what the costs would be if you don't pre-pay - ask to talk with the service manager.
However, if your "excellent" deal includes this, no reason not to get it.
Hi, I've been looking on this forum and been working with the local dealers in CA. This is the best offer I received so far which I think is a good deal. But I would appreciate your input if it's not:
Model: 2015 Acura TLX 2.4L base model MSRP: $32,365 Selling Price: $26,995 36 month lease with 12K miles per year $0 due at signing $303.68/mo (tax included at 8%) $790 due at signing $280.78/mo (tax included at 8%) ($790 covers 1st month payment, DMV and gov fees) Residual at end of lease is: $19,095

$303/mo. for 35 payments, tax included... looks cheap for a $32K MSRP vehicle.
I looked on this forum that acura is currently offering $1500 lease cash on the 2.4 TLX base model. What exactly is lease cash, I mean how is it applied to the lease? Does it show up on the lease as manufacturers contribution or does it directly go to the dealer?
I also qualify for the collage graduate program $500 cash. Would it also show up as manufacturers contribution?

The lease cash is a factory-to-dealer incentive. Use your knowledge of it to negotiate a better price.
I would think the Grad program cash would show up as a CAP reduction on the lease paperwork.
Finally got my car today, 2.4 TLX Base Graphite-Greystone. The deal breakdown is follows:
- MSRP $32365, Residual $19095 - Selling Price $27483 - Gross Capitalized Cost $29358 (Includes $595 acquisition and $1280 Acura Maintenance package) - Manufacturer's Contribution/Capitalized Cost reduction ($1500) - Dealer's Contribution ($840) - Out of Pocket/Driveoff Amount/ Down Payment: $0 - All Doc fees/Governmental fees and Registration paid by dealer - Monthly Lease payment including CA 8.75% tax: $293.3 per month for 35 months
Thanks kyfdx & Michaell for your insight. I guess this forum really helped me get this amazing deal!
Congrats. That's a great deal. I've been trying to get this exact deal but the dealerships I've been to and contacted don't want to make it happen and talk to me as if I'm insane. Where in CA, which dealership, did you get your car from if you don't mind sharing?

Its Santa Clara. Where is your dealership located?
The best I was quoted without the College Graduate program was $305 a month and no maintenance package or all-weather mats. The dealership told me that I will get $500 from the college grad program which can be used towards anything and an additional $1000 that can only be applied to the packages like the maintenance or protection package.
That is the best deal that you are getting? Are you looking for a 2.4 or a 3.5?

Los Angeles. They offer $370/month for 3.5 and $360/month for 2.4 cylinder (including tax) with $1200 drive off (includes first month and all fees). I'm guessing they're selling enough cars that they don't want to make a good deal where they'd not be making as much money. Enjoy your car.

Hey, just a quick question, do you have any amount under the dealer and/or manufacturer's contribution line item? Just want to see if my dealer was actually telling me the truth or not. If not I have 60 day to cancel the maintenance package. Do you mind sharing your deal break down by line item. Thanks
Thanks for the information. I was looking for the 3.5L version with and without the technology package. Also it appears that the MF and residual are somehow balanced from month to month and move in opposite directions (in this case at least). Can you provide any insight into how those are arrived at?

The only trim levels available with AWD are the Tech (54% for 36/12) and Advance (52% for 36/12) packages. MF is the same at .00026, and lease cash jumps to $2250 for both AWD trims.

- The MSRP of the car is $32365
- The selling price excluding the maintenance contract and acquisition fee is $27483
- The dealer says he will take care of the first payment, registration and all other doc fees
Please can some one let me know this this is a good deal and if not what can I further negotiate on?
Thank you!

However, if your "excellent" deal includes this, no reason not to get it.
$1280/36 = $35.55/mo you would save.

I also qualify for the collage graduate program $500 cash. Would it also show up as manufacturers contribution?
I would think the Grad program cash would show up as a CAP reduction on the lease paperwork.

Thanks kyfdx & Michaell for your insight. I guess this forum really helped me get this amazing deal!

We show $2250 lease cash on this model.
39 month residuals are 2% lower, and 10K/yr residuals are 1% higher.
No idea on loyalty.
