Hi. i just just signed a lease today for a 2015 TLX 2.4L FWD with TECH PACKAGE, 10K miles per year, 36 Months..... I Think i had a pretty amazing deal. Let me know how i did :

Hi I've basically read the entire forum and noticed that last year the RV were higher like in the low 60's now it's in the high 50's. I live in Illinois so the tax is 8.25% I think. I want to get the 2015 V6 tech sh-awd msrp $42,495 or V6 advance sh-awd msrp $45,720. The V6 tech sh-awd msrp is $42,495 and the sticker on the window is Now $36,750. The v6 advance awd is. Msrp $45,720  and now $39,945. There is an acquisition fee of 595 doc fee is 161 and dmv fees is 221 ($977 in fixes fees). Assuming I get the v6 tech sh-awd $36,750 plus $977 with $0 down plus 1st payment. What would my payments be for 36/10k 36/12k 36/15k or 39/10. Also same factors for a I4 tech. Sorry for all this plan on going tomorrow Wednesday September 30th. Also when does MF AND RV u will quote me expire? Thanks again. I appreciate you answering everyone. What will the MF AND RV for all these terms and/or pricing if u can calulate them for me. And am I forced to put the first month downamd have 35 more or does acura cover the first month?

Extra miles are charged up front at a rate of .10-.25/mile.

First off, the current Acura numbers are set to expire 11/02; no need to worry about numbers expiring any time soon.

36/15 lease numbers:

V6 Tech SH-AWD - 52% and .00026 MF and $2250 lease cash
V6 Advance SH-AWD - 50% and .00026 MF and $2250 lease cash
I-4 Tech - 55% and .00056 and $1500 lease cash

Add 2% for 12K and 3% for 10K

My guess is that the offered prices do include the lease cash, but you'd have to confirm with the dealer.

Sir, I greatly appreciate it. I worked at the dealer and left. I wouldn't jeopradize my integrity for money. People work too hard to have others dig in their pockets.it looks like the RV is less now and the MF is less. Is there an excel formula somewhere where I can plug these RV AND MF prices and compare them to the other specials that were quoted awhile ago. Just tonsee what that does to the payment.

Hi, I am looking to lease a 2015 TLX Base 12000miles/3 Years and the lowest I have been quoted is $293 a moth including taxes for 35 months.

- The drive off is $0 and I am not paying any down
- This deal includes the Acura Maintenance which the dealer is giving me for $1280
- The MSRP of the car is $32365
- The selling price excluding the maintenance contract and acquisition fee is $27483
- The dealer says he will take care of the first payment, registration and all other doc fees

Please can some one let me know this this is a good deal and if not what can I further negotiate on?

One more question, the dealer really wants me to get the Maintenance Package as part of the deal. I just want to know if it is worth it to get the package for $1280. Are there any incentives that the dealership gets by selling these maintenance packages as the dealer said that the deal would not be as good without it. And to further make sure that I get the package he said he would give me All-weather TLX mats for free if I opt for it. I feel like he was forcing me into it. Is there any catch to this?

If I opt not to get it what should be my target monthly lease amount?

They get more profit from selling you the maintenance package. Find out what the costs would be if you don't pre-pay - ask to talk with the service manager.

However, if your "excellent" deal includes this, no reason not to get it.

$1280/36 = $35.55/mo you would save.

I looked on this forum that acura is currently offering $1500 lease cash on the 2.4 TLX base model. What exactly is lease cash, I mean how is it applied to the lease? Does it show up on the lease as manufacturers contribution or does it directly go to the dealer?

I also qualify for the collage graduate program $500 cash. Would it also show up as manufacturers contribution?

The lease cash is a factory-to-dealer incentive. Use your knowledge of it to negotiate a better price.

I would think the Grad program cash would show up as a CAP reduction on the lease paperwork.

The best I was quoted without the College Graduate program was $305 a month and no maintenance package or all-weather mats. The dealership told me that I will get $500 from the college grad program which can be used towards anything and an additional $1000 that can only be applied to the packages like the maintenance or protection package. 

That is the best deal that you are getting? Are you looking for a 2.4 or a 3.5?

Los Angeles. They offer $370/month for 3.5 and $360/month for 2.4 cylinder (including tax) with $1200 drive off (includes first month and all fees). I'm guessing they're selling enough cars that they don't want to make a good deal where they'd not be making as much money. Enjoy your car.

Thanks for the information. I was looking for the 3.5L version with and without the technology package. Also it appears that the MF and residual are somehow balanced from month to month and move in opposite directions (in this case at least). Can you provide any insight into how those are arrived at?

The only trim levels available with AWD are the Tech (54% for 36/12) and Advance (52% for 36/12) packages. MF is the same at .00026, and lease cash jumps to $2250 for both AWD trims.
