    Do you happen to know current money factor and residual percentage for a 2015 Optima LX in Southeastern WI? (24 months/12,000 mi)

    On a local dealer website, I'm seeing $5500/$4500/$4000/$3500/$1500/$1000 lease cash available for Optima LX. Do these varying amounts of lease cash correlate to credit rating? (I have excellent credit.)

    And regarding these lease cash offers, do you happen to know what "Requires STDTN" might mean?

    That same local dealer is stating an MSRP of $22,580 for a 2015 Optima LX, but an Internet selling price of $18,927. (They have several discounted Optima LXs within a few hundred dollars of each other.)

    And that same website is stating a 24-month Lease Rate as 0.00%. Does that mean the money factor is essentially 0.0000?

    Are these crazy-low numbers? Or am I missing something?

    24/12 for the Optima LX are .00060 and 60% with $3500 lease cash.

    The lease cash amount varies by trim level (EX = $4000, SX/SX Turbo = $4500, SXL = $5500).

    I don't recognize the term "STDTN".

    The numbers I quote - and the only numbers I have - are from Kia Motors Finance. If you local dealer is offering 0% lease rates, that might be through a different bank, and I won't be able to verify any of the numbers for you.

    Using the MSRP and selling price you've quoted, I get a pre-tax payment of $236.96/mo for 24 months.

    Based upon some Googling, it looks like STDTN might refer to standard/manual transmission? Is that possible? (I will certainly ask the dealer...)

    Regarding a (potential) 0.00% lease rate, if it were being offered through another bank, would the lease cash still be available with that finance rate? Or is leash cash typically an incentive to finance through Kia Motors Finance (which would be 1.44%)?

    Lastly, when do you deduct the lease cash when performing the math? Does it matter?

    However, is it possible the advertised purchase price includes KIA incentives/discounts that would not be available if one were interested in leasing?

    is it possible that there are current purchase incentives that may not be combined with current lease incentives?

    Do you happen to know what the current purchase incentives might be for Wisconsin?

    Yes... it's very likely that purchase incentives are included in that offered price that would be negated, if you leased the car..

    We don't track purchase incentives, but Edmunds might have that information. Click on the Car Research tab at the top of the page, then choose Incentives and Rebates.
