What is the Residual Value (%) and Money Factor for a 2015 Kia Optima Limited Lease - 12K miles, 36 months? Compared to the 2015 Kia Optima SX residual value and money factor?

.00035 MF and 53% residual on the Limited

$3000 lease cash on either.

These numbers are only good regionally, in Kia's "Selected States". We don't have the numbers for the other states. In which state do you reside?

Those numbers are good in Massachusetts.
Lease cash? A manfacturer incentive for those lease terms on that model.

12K is the lowest mileage offered by Kia.

BY "limited", are you referring to the SX-L trim level? .00035 and 53%. $3000 lease cash.

I confirm the .00139 MF and 52% residual for 42/12.

You don't seem to be getting much of a discount from sticker - there is $3000 lease cash available, and you should be able to negotiate a discount in addition to that.

Based on your feedback, I can get the 2015 Optima EX (Premium and Tech Packages) for 3 years at $299/month @ 15k miles per year.  Everything is rolled into the lease except for the first month payment of $299.  Any thoughts whether this is a good deal? Fair deal or amazing deal?

yes, Michaell, It includes all taxes and fees. I just need to make the first month's payment of $299. I'm just bummed that the cars they have in stock with Premium and Tech packages don't include the optional Homelink garage door opener. Crazy stuff.

The dealership can mark up the MF for extra profit; ensure that they are using the base MF I gave you. Work with a different Kia dealer; competition is one of the best ways to get the best deal.

Nothing down, but will pay taxes and dmv fees. 12k/36 mo.Want the car to have moonroof, heated seats, bluetooth, and backup camera. No need for Nav.What is the best deal you guys are seeing for those terms? I have tier 1 credit as well.

Use the "Make / Model / Year" pull downs to build and price the car you want - you'll also establish a target price to use in your negotiations.

What trim level (LX, EX, etc.) are you looking for? Also, what state - Kia numbers are regional.

Lease cash from Kia depends on the trim level. For customer incentives, use the "Car Research" tab at the top of the page.

The only numbers we have for NJ this month are for the LX and EX trim levels.

EX numbers:

24/12 - .00025 and 56%. $5000 lease cash.

36/12 - .00043 and 51%. $4000 lease cash.
