The lowest I currently see in Minneapolis-St. Paul (outside members-only Costco) is $1.59 / gallon for unleaded gasoline; some stations have $1.69 and $1.79.

It's $1.52 across the street, but most stations are charging $1.69 for RUG. Not sure why diesel is relatively expensive. One station does have it for $1.87 but it's the oddball.

Well, now Murphy USA has RUG for $1.32/gal and the Flying J in town has dropped their RUG price ta only $1.29/gal! Is this the calm before the storm?

$1.29 is like 1980 all over again.

We are all the way down to $2.38 for RUG whoopee. That is 10 miles from home. Locally the lowest price is $2.79 for RUG. That local 76 is charging $2.29 for diesel. 10 miles away diesel is now $1.99.

Minneapolis/St. Paul and suburbs. I have seen a range between $1.49 and $1.69 over the last several days.

Nice to have 5% cash back on gasoline from Chase Freedom in Q1 (no, I am not paid by Chase.)

The 60%+ drop from the highest prices is nice, but gas cost are a small fraction of our living expenses.

Looks like the lowest price in Dodge City, KS, for RUG is $1.43 a gallon at several ghastly stations, which includes my current favorite ghastly place, Murphy USA, on 14th Ave., right in front of Wal*Mart.

I think I paid $2.37 for Chevron PUG today - just when I thought it wouldn't go lower. I saw RUG for $1.99 in east Bellevue (maybe a Chevron) today, lowest I have seen in this area in a long time.

Later in the day, we filled up the Outback at a Shell station in a more tony part of town - $1.82 for mid grade.
