MB does offer 7500 miles per year leases; the residual is 1% higher than that for 10K.
I would suggest you read through the last few pages of posts on this thread to see what discounts other posters have been able to negotiate.
what is the standard mf for the e350 wagon? the dealer is quoting .00250. Also, he is implying a .008 reduction for a one pay lease. is that correct? many thanks.

We usually see the standard MF quoted between .00180-.00225. However, haven't seen any solid info on it, lately.. .00080 sounds about right for One-Pay reduction
Is this a bad time of year, to lease an E-Class? The quotes I received on a 2016 E-Class with zero down, 15,000 miles per year, taxes, fees, and maintenance included have been high. I leased my last E-Class back in 2013, for about $525 per Month.
E350 4-matic
Quotes on 36 Month: $854 per month $846 per month
Quotes on 27 Month: $788 per month $820 per month $868 per month $1015 per month
All cars have been approximately the same price $67,000. Discounts have been around $6,000 to $7,000 off.
Michaell or Kyfdx Would appreciate your thoughts on a deal....
2016 E class wagon 4matic, MSRP 74,000, negotiated price 69000. Residual 61%. $1333 down, $996 month--this includes all taxes (on TX leases you pay for tax on the full price of the vehicle, not just the residualized portion). Quoted money factor is 0.00210. This also includes transporting the car (about $1500).

2016 E350 4Matic - .00077 and 56% for 36/15. Using the MSRP of $67K and a sell price of $60K, I get a payment of $699.53/mo before tax. Check with the dealer to see what your net cap cost is - might be some fees in there. Also, MF could be marked up on you.

That's a lot of money, but I confirm the 61% residual for 36/12. .00210 is within the "acceptable" range for the standard MF, but I think it's the taxes that are killing you here. Don't know what the tax rate is in Texas, but 7% is close to $5K, or $140/mo on your lease payment.
Could you please provide July lease numbers on the 2015 E400 Coupe? 27/36months 10/12K.
Also, looking at previous posts, people generally seem to get approximately 7-11% off MSRP on E-classes, does this hold true to E-class coupes as well?

RWD or 4Matic? MF is slightly different.
Using the higher of the two (.00036) and a 62% residual for 27/15, I get a pre-tax payment of $656.30/mo.
This is my is my first Post. I've seen so many post on e350 leases and hoping I did ok with this one. I just closed a deal on a loaner 2015 E350 sport 4matic with 6,000 miles.
I hope that is all the info needed to see if I received a fair deal. Also would it be wise to get the tire package since we really get bad potholes in the winter. They are asking $1285 for 24 months (the car has the 18" AMG).

Looks like a good deal; don't make it worse by getting the tire/wheel package. That only benefits the dealer
Hi Would like some feedback on the following deal on a 2016 e350 4matic. MSRP: 63,880 NCC: 55,900 Term: 27 months/10k MF: .00077 Residual: 70% Monthly payment: $607 Upfront taxes and inception: 3,596 of which $1,560 is tax for NYC.
Is this a good monthly payment, and are the MF and residual correct? What are they for 36 months?

MF is correct. We don't have any info on a 27 month program for the 2016 model, but that residual seems too high, as the 24/10 residual is 68%.

Ok,so this is my first time taking at stab at this, any tips are appreciated. Been going back and forth with a few dealers and got a few pretty low. The dealer I am considering has offered a 2016 E350 with MSRP of $61,155 and have them at $52,176. The model I want is actually $61,915. I'm going to go with it if I can get them to $51,000. I also have a fleet discount of $4,000 more off (which I have not mentioned as it said I could negotiate first then add it in). So that would put me at $47,000. I haven't mentioned the lease part yet. If someone could help me weigh on what the residual would be for a 12k p/yr or 15k p/yr. Also, can I qualify ahead of time with MB Financial so I don't have to screw around at the dealer? It's a bit a hike. Any tips? Then I tell them I want to do multiple security deposit to get down the MF? Is there anything I am missing?

.00080 for RWD or .00077 for 4Matic. 56% for 36/15 on either. Add 2% for 12K.
The dealer may be assuming you are going to buy the car, so the price quote you're getting could include purchase only incentives which are not valid for a lease.
Same with the fleet discount - it may not be compatible with other incentives. Unfortunately, only the dealer will know for sure.
I don't think you can apply directly with MBFS - the dealer is the transaction agent for that part of the deal.
Regarding MSDs, we've been hearing that some MB dealers allow it for special MF, like those listed above. But, it seems inconsistent so I can't say for sure that you can get it on your deal.
Looking for MF and residual on a 2015 E400 4matic Sedan, 15,000 miles per year, and maintenance included on a 24 or 27 month lease. Car price 69,000 and sale price 59,000.

I don't understand the whole leasing business aspect. Logically you would think you would achieve a better deal on an older model (2015), but this doesn't seem to be the case. I am having no trouble getting $10,000 off of the sticker price, but my lease payments are still pretty high do the residual value(s) being quoted. I am getting ready to turn in a leased car and the buyout is $43,000, however the bluebook value is only $33,000. Any feedback?

Residuals are often inflated to make the payment more attractive; but, that means that the market value is much less than the contract residual value.
At this time of year, the residuals are lowest on the outgoing model year but the discounts are the largest.

There were aggressive lease deals on the 2015 model all summer, but those have gone away this month. At some point, the actual residuals become too low for them to subsidize, and incentives go to the buyers. The timing of that varies... sometimes, it isn't until October or November that the lease deals on the outgoing model go away, but this year, on the E350, the really strong lease deals are gone.
