Quick question, why is that dealers include sales taxes to give payment quote? tax should per month right?
They also want to charge $699 for dealer fee when in reality that's BS fee. In Ford XPLAN they can charge up to $100. So we should be able to negotiate same

Sales tax obligations vary based on what state you are in. Ask for a pre-tax payment.

How does a Limited 2015 for $380 tax included sounds? 550 at sign. I don know the MSRP or sales price but on my way to dealer to check this out, Sounds very good lol

It sounds good, but without knowing the details - MSRP, selling price, lease term, miles per year - it's hard to quantitavely evaluate it.

Adjusted capitalized costa 28480 . No idea how they get the price there. 10k mile . Like I said I only put 800 at sign but is not showing anywhere in the contract. I think they play with the numbers to make this dea . They weren't too happ . $380 tax included for 38k vehicle sounds good to me

It looks like a good payment, but without all the details it's really hard to say for certain.

I suspect this lease is written through someone other than Chrysler Financial and that there are big rebates being used to bring down the cap cost.

Hello, could you tell me the MF and residual for 2015 Durango Limited AWD for 48 month for 15k miles? Our dealer is giving us a deal of $399 with $3000 down and the equity left in our 1 year old Jeep lease. The original sticker price is $42,885

Also, I'm assuming 36 is same as posted above.

Chrysler doesn't publish numbers for 48 month leases, but $399/mo with $3000 down plus equity does not sound like a good deal.

Each bank sets its own MF and residual, as well as any lease-specific incentives.

Awesome what you guys are doing here!...First Timer. I wanted the MF and Residual on a 2015 Dodge Durango R/T AWD and 2WD (12K, 36 and 48mnths). I'm in Los Angeles, CA if that is important.

Also, Should the residual be based on the MSRP or the price that they are selling the car at. The dealer says it is always MSRP but that would make no sense to me. Lets say its a $10,000 car, with a 50% residual. I negotiate the sale price to $8,000.....My instinct is that the residual value is $4,000, no? other wise 50% of $10,000 is $5000, giving a deprecation of $3,000 total on the leaser ($8000 - $5000) when it should be $4000. Any education here would be very appreciated.

Dodge does not support 48 month leases. 36/12 on the RWD R/T is .00045 and 53%; AWD is .00031 and 54%

residual is based off MSRP- that's why negotiating a low selling price results in a favorable lease payment
