Looking at a R/T with AWD, V8 and a lease at 36/12 in zip code 11228 - could you please provide the MF and residual?

Also - when do the incentives change from June to July - does it occur promptly at the 1st of the month, or will that kick in over the weekend sometime? Wondering whether the $1250 currently applicable has already changed, or will be soon (for better or worse).

Having a hard time committing to the Durango due to rumors that the line is going to be going away or absorbed by the Jeep line.

Thanks for the info - wonder if the $1250 in incentives went away or changed.

Why do I care? It's a combination of not wanting a car that was EOL'd, and knowing that if it's the end of the line for the current rev of Durango that there will be better deals to be had in a month or two. I have a car at the moment and can get by until the next model year if it's going to save me a significant amount of money. If it's just a couple hundred bucks, then the decision becomes a lot harder.

Guys - looks like I'm switching over to a Citadel (wife liked the trim level better) - can you let me know what the MF and residual would be for 36 mos / 12k year?

Also - was there any increase in the incentives for July, or did everything remain status quo?

Was looking at a 2015 DD Limited RWD in Texas. MSRP $40,835. Sale Price 37,021 less another 750 in current rebate for final sale price of $36,271. After TTL it comes out to $38,898.03. Getting quoted for a 36month 10K lease a money factor of .00018 and a residual of 55%. Saying it should come out to $505 a month. I'm coming up with around $468. Zero down, zero due at lease signing. Whose right or should it be even lower?

I get about the same as you. But, if you have $0 due at signing, then you have to add the 1st payment into the CAP cost, plus the $595 acquisition fee.. That will get you a lot closer to their number.

This is the deal he is giving me, MSRP is 48,870.00 , the 36 monthly payment is $525.00 which includes taxes, only out of pocket at signing of lease is DMV. Despite the BS rate does this seem right?

$41,893 after all rebates. Now looking at the numbers I believe they also added in the first month payment despite eating it like they said.

Using the selling price as CAP cost, I get $457/mo.
To get to $525/mo. we need about $2400 more on the CAP (or tax).

The tax rate is 8.625%, which is in the payment.  And adding the extra payment

The $3000 down equates to $84/mo, so your true payment is $483/mo.

Lease numbers are .00020 and 57%. Using your MSRP and selling price, I get a payment of $388.44 without the $3000 down.

Find out what the net cap cost is - could be higher than the selling price. And the MF might be inflated on you too.

Which they said there is a buy back program which doesnt tag the amouth on top of

What is the lease term? What is the full breakdown of the $2400 due at signing? What is the selling price after the incentives are applied?

At the moment, not enough information to fully qualify how good the offer is.

Something seems off ... using the numbers you've provided, I get a payment of $299/mo.

I would double check with the dealer on what the net cap cost is.

Limited - .00023 and 66%
