Have May numbers been released yet? If so, could you please pass along those for a 328i, 24 mo. lease, and a 15k mile/year term?

I've found a few nicely equipped left behind 2015 models. Are there programs for leasing them still available in May? In particular for lease terms of 36/12 and 36/10?

Limited information so far this month.

    36/10 on 2015 3-series is .00138 and 53%. $3000 buildout allowance.

    320 and 328 only - no information on 335

I'm seeing both 328i xDrive and 335i xDrive models still available, so I'm curious about both.

    36/12 numbers:

    .00138 and 54% (328xi) or 52% (335xi). Add 1% for 10K

    Hello everyone.

Here is what I get for a demo 328xi.

2015 BMW 328i xDrive (with slightly less than 6000miles)
    36mo./10k lease
    MSRP: 45050
Selling Price: 37999 (including the buildout allowance) (77.7% of MSRP)
    Acq Fee: 925
    Residual: 23,402.50
    MF: 0.00138
with 7 MSD. Adjusted MF: 00089
    Cap cost reduction $3500
    Monthly payment: $273.77 without tax

I was told that the residual is calculated using 0.25 per mile.

Could anyone help and comment on this? I think i should reduce the cap cost reduction, but I have not negotiated it yet. Other than that, do these numbers look good or bad?

    Thanks!

    .00138 MF and 55% residual.
The residual looks to be correct, with the reduction for miles

Is your selling price a typo? Because that's not 77.7% of MSRP.

Also, even with a $3500 CCR, I can't get a payment that low (unless the selling price is wrong).

How much is the total amount due at signing?

I get $255/mo. +tax.. But, you haven't given your adjusted CAP cost. Probably an acquisition fee added in there, somewhere.

I'd rather keep the extra $3500 in my pocket, and pay $100/mo. higher payment. (of course, the MSDs will go up by $700, so you'll only keep $2800. But, you get the other $700 back at lease end).

Looks like a good deal, though.

Is it a good deal if I am able to get another $1000 off or I need to shop more? I am not in rush but don't want to miss a decent deal.

We don't track selling prices, but for BMW, anything 7% or higher off sticker is a pretty good discount.

    Hello,

There are some 2015 328i models still left on dealer lots and they are trying to get rid of them with huge discounts off of MSRP.

If I wanted to lease one of these, can you tell me what the residual and money factor would be for a 2015 328i for 36 months with 10k mileage and 12k mileage per year!

    Thanks!

No idea... I'd guess they would have to use the CPO program rates, but we don't have those.
