I am looking at leasing a new 2016 CX-5 GT AWD and was hoping to get an idea where the lease terms should fall.

Looking for 12k miles a year for 36 months In PA.

For April, the Mazda numbers are the same across the US. 61% and .00060.

2016 numbers are state specific. Which state?

Also, and I hope this is the right place to ask this, but I went to a few Mazda dealerships and even though the agreed sale price is different from dealership to dealership I was told they all use the same MSRP and the lease payments are very very similar, does that make sense?

Second question: If you get more discount on sales price, your lease payment would be less. The answers is NO.

No, that doesn't make any sense.. A lower selling price results in a lower lease payment.

The current Mazda numbers are valid until 6/30.

What state do you live in? The 2016 numbers are regional.

Two dealers here in Washington quoted me your numbers for 36/10 on an AWD GT (.00013/63%) but another who has met my offer has it on his paperwork from Mazda that it's a 62% residual. 

Has anything changed since you last quoted me?
