.00013 MF and 54%/53% residual.

Base model is not going to lease out very well, in comparison to the higher trim lines. It might be a little less, because it's a cheaper MSRP, but the residuals are a lot lower.

Just what I was worried about. Problem is, we need a stick. 16 years ago, as a 17 year old boy, I promised myself to only own stick shift cars. Don't plan on reneging anytime soon.

A new car sales manager at a Toyota dealership yesterday claimed that the 2016 CX-5 GT AWD lease numbers for 36/15 are 0.00131 and 65%. He said he called his buddy who runs a Mazda dealer in Denver and got the numbers from him. Could you please confirm the 36/15 numbers for GT AWD in Colorado for both 2015 and 2016 model years?

OK thank you. MSRP of 22635.  Selling price 21900.  Tax rate is 6%. But I don't think they included tax in sign and drive price.

OK thank you. MSRP of 22635.  Selling price 21900.  Tax rate is 6%. But I don't think they included tax in sign and drive price. 

I get $260/mo.+tax.. If it's really sign and drive, it's a good deal, because I didn't account for 1st payment or acquisition fee.

Still don't know where you live, but we'll pretend it's California, and they tax the monthly payment.

In CA, .00013 MF and 57% residual for 36mo, 15K/yr

Subtract $2K from the OTD price, but add $600 for the acq.fee, for CAP cost of $21450.

Payment = $187/mo.+tax = $203/mo.

I have to note.....If $22,850 includes $2000 of sales tax, that price is about $4000 off MSRP. That seems unlikely on a 2016 model. Something seems off, and that's why that payment seems so low.

Bank fee, dealer fee, first month payment, license or tag costs are usually due at lease signing.
