Bought a 2015 Q50 Premium RWD yesterday in Nevada.
2015 Q50 Premium RWD with no additional options MSRP: 40,905 (includes 905 destination charge) Cap Cost: 31308 + Acq Fee: 700 + Doc Fee: 599 + Service Contract: 125 (I prepaid the first 4 services/oil changes for $125) + Title/Lic Fee: 29 + Payoff of last 5 months of current lease: 1288 Adjusted Cap: 34049 Money Factor: .00032 Residual: 21270 (52%) Payment: 373/mo INCLUDING tax 39 month/12k miles per year lease.
No money down or out of pocket except for 1st months payment.
If I did not have an existing lease with another car, I could have taken the 1288 and further lowered the cap by 1288, which would have brought my payment to around 340. Also, I added the $125 for the first 4 services into the cap since the interest rate was basically below 1% and I figured $31 per oil change was a pretty decent price to lock in today, but it added ~$3 to the payment also. They also offered me a base model for $349 a month with the same terms, so it would have been around $315 without the $1288 lease payoff.

Thanks. Signature Edition is a new package added to the Base model, which includes navigation, rear spoiler, and dark chrome 17" wheels for ~$900. Very good value.
Michael, what are the lease factors for Arizona? RWD Base and Premium 10k and 12k. Incentives, MF others? Terms? 36 month the best fit or others the sweet spot? Thanks!

Any score above 700 will get the best MF.
What is the full breakdown of the $3000 due at signing?
Using your prices, I get $422/mo + tax. Therefore, some of that $3000 is used as cap cost reduction - we do not recommend that, as the money is at risk if the car is stolen or totaled.
I'm wondering about taxes too Im active duty Navy so my tax state is florida (home of record) I live in Washington state. 9.7% tax and I'm moving to virgina beach in aug. What state gets my money.
Straight quote from email.
Estimated DMV and Document Fee are in the system at $410.50 and base payment of $390 (under this scenario) plus due tax (currently estimated at the 9.7). The tax due at signing is only for the first payment and any Capitalized Cost Reduction, so if you put anything up front beyond base inception fees you do pay a local tax on that amount no matter where the car is registered. Using the same structure as I quoted but with just the minimum due at signing it is $893.45

Oh dear - that does complicate things.
Why not wait until you get to VA before leasing?
Your right that's not a bad idea and I would save on shipping it across as well. It does make us a one car family for the next seven months. If I can get a great deal I'll take it he just emailed me again I reminded him I was active duty Navy and that took the pretax payment to 364 he said there was another 1000 I was entitled to for being AD so now we are at 40,901.

Is there someone from the Navy that can help you understand the tax implications of what you want to do? I imagine this happens frequently with active duty personnel.
Michael, what are the lease factors for Arizona on the 2015 Q50 Sport RWD 10k miles (MF, residuals) for 36 and 39 month? Saw others get .00008 does that not exist in Arizona? Thanks!

Is it hard to get a good deal over email? Seems they don't want to budge on pricing and mention that the national advertised lease is usually the best deal they offer?
Is it better to go in person for a good deal? Maybe they don't want to lose you when you are there in person, but with email they could care less?

Figure out a price, then email it to multiple dealers. If all you do is ask for numbers, they'll respond with whatever they feel they can get away with (national deal, for example).

I've had a great time doing the email thing and it worked very well I've learned a lot dealing with multiple dealerships..
BTW I got all my state home of record info figured out here in WA they will charge me 6% and I will use the state of Florida military title packet and get my plate and reg mailed to me. I might end up making this deal happen!
Received this lease offer for a '15 q50 AWD premium (with Technology package). Are the numbers correct and does this sound like a very good deal (or should it be better)? $442 a month 39 months, 10k a year. 7% tax included. Due at signing- first month payment, license and doc fee. ($645). invoice $49,314. The money factor is .00008. The residual is 53%. The cap cost is $43,099 the net cap cost is $43,812 Thanks!

invoice $49,314.
Is that the MSRP? If so, the payment would be $459/mo.+tax.
If it's not the MSRP (and, I'm guessing it isn't), then we don't need that number. We need the MSRP.
Looking at leasing 2015 Q50 AWD. prem, dlx touring and tech. Basically loaded. 39 month, 15K per year. First payment due at signing. 540 per month, includes PA Tax. Quoted MF of .00008 with 50% residual. Turning in a 2013 G. Basically just pay first months payments and drive off, they will take care of 4 remaining lease payments. Is there room to do better? I'd like to see them come in around 510 per month (its the end of the month). Also, not sure if its worth getting the S or not.
Price- 52,680 sales price- 44,003 Gross cap cost 46,068

I get $558/mo with those numbers, so your quote of $540/mo looks good. Gotta get another $1900 off the price to get down to $510/mo

Hi All- Just wanted to update with deal I actually got based on above (well I put the deposit down anyway, they have to trade another dealer for the car). I had the payment above down to 525 a month with tax. But, the wheel package really caught my eye so I asked for that as well. Final deal (same MF and residual as above). MSRP 53,650, sale price 44, 219, gross cap cost 46,276. Only first month due at signing and 535 per month. Figured 19" sport wheels were worth 10 more a month. I feel pretty good about it and hopefully you find it helpful when looking.

Does anyone know how much bad credit should affect my lease payments? I was quoted (with 637 credit score) and very high income a price of $1700 down and $550 (including tax) a month for a q50 premium with nav and leather seats. they have not yet given me the MSRP, money factor, or other items in writing yet and I will post when they do but I am trying to get an initial idea. I believe the MSRP was around $43,000.

637 is tier 7; for the Q50 Premium, the MF would be either .00244 (RWD) or .00220 (AWD).

2015 Q50 Premium RWD with no additional options
MSRP: 40,905 (includes 905 destination charge)
Cap Cost: 31308
+ Acq Fee: 700
+ Doc Fee: 599
+ Service Contract: 125 (I prepaid the first 4 services/oil changes for $125)
+ Title/Lic Fee: 29
+ Payoff of last 5 months of current lease: 1288
Adjusted Cap: 34049
Money Factor: .00032
Residual: 21270 (52%)
Payment: 373/mo INCLUDING tax
39 month/12k miles per year lease.
