@donmonopoly Check with BMWFS to make sure that you can actually turn the car in early. Even with all the payments made, there may be a penalty. (doesn't matter if that's logical, it's governed by the lease contract). Or, you may have to keep the car until lease expiration (and keep paying insurance).

You may find that it's cheaper to keep driving the car, and paying for the mileage, since you are already going to be making the payments, either way.

I spoke with BMW yesterday and they confirmed I can hand the car back early after inspection because I am within 90 days.

We don't track selling prices .. read back through the last few pages of this discussion to see what others have been able to negotiate, and use those numbers in your discussions with the dealer.

The agreed upon sales price is 40000. Is residual 50% or 52%? I am getting conflicting numbers reading the thread.

At that sales price, and all other factors that I mentioned above, and with 52% residual, I am now getting a payment of $424 including tax. Is this a good deal?

if i understand correctly that's .04 up from last month for the base and .2 up from the last month for premium/sport.

looks like within the next 2-3 months infiniti wants to make a push to get the 2015's off the lots and get the 2016 selling. my best guess is either later this month or next month they will come out wiht the q50 2016 versions.

No idea if that is a good deal, though.... no experience with transaction prices.

I get $375/mo plus tax with those numbers. Confirm the net cap cost - if higher than the sale price, make the dealer bridge the gap to your satisfaction.
